Oh and Sellwood is only 5 points off of being a Walkers’ Paradise…

I live up around 20th and Glisan. This hood scored a 97 out of 100, that is why we moved here!

My hood scored a 78. I live on lovely SE 39th, near Powell. It’s not so bad if you don’t mind the constant howl of the police and ambulances vehicles, the profanity outbreaks of the local crazies and terminally drugged out, and if you don’t mind getting hit on by people in cars with IQ’s of tapeworm. This site list nearby business to walk to as well. For instance, for theaters, it lists the Oregon Theater, and for bars, it lists Cocktail and Dreams. Niiiice, I mean, Tommy’s is so much closer. :) Not the best place to walk around, I must agree. Too bad the only descent bar nearby, thinks they’re hot crap (Gladstone Pub). Come on, $5 for a crappy, light pour drink??? Please!

Hey Hey Hey my hood, 3400 Block of Division got a 91 out of a hundo! Not bad, for someone who relocated to Portland, great area to be in, I walk to my gym. bank, library, grocery store, restaurants, and bars..and i appreciate it especially late at night. P.S. there’s too many hipsters…not enough color…..
