Is The Willamette Week Taking On The Mercury's Savage Love?

Yesterday, I posted that Malice was doing a Sex-Advice column (That's Portland—Go Ask Malice about S-E-X) at BlacklistPDX. I made a joking reference that Savage Love should look out for this strong competition.
Apparently, I wasn't far off–BlacklistPDX and Malice state that the column is no longer happening. Through (extremely) highly-reliable undisclosed sources, I found that the reason is:
The Willamette Week is bringing her on to do the sex-talk/Q&A over at their publication and/or website.
Yeah…so is the WW gunning for Savage Love? Looks like it…

Sounds good to me although I doubt it’s real competition for Savage. The Willy Week will no doubt water down her responses. There is a reason Savage is in the Mercury and not WW.
