I just saw that there is another Portland Naked Bike Ride this evening. I am not sure if this is a prank or not, but here is info from Shift2Bikes:

Thoughts:
- Usually these take place at night, but 6PM will be in the sunlight hours for sure.
- It is a lot better weather than the last two or three by far. This might make for many more participants.
- I’m going 50/50 this is a prank just by the fact that I haven’t seen this posted anywhere else. Yet, it seems doubtful that someone would prank at the same time as the Shawn Brown ride. I would hope not.
