Families are invited to celebrate Howl-o-ween on October 31st from 5:00 – 8:00. This is Neighborhood Note's 4th Annual Howl-o-ween event. This year it's held at Isobel's Clubhouse.

Parents, Grandparents, and other caring adults please bring the children in your life, dressed in their Howl-o-ween finery, for a fun photography event in the Pearl. Photos will be taken, spines will shiver and treats will be handed out.

Looking for a safe place to trick or treat? Some of the clubhouse's neighbors hope you'll trick or treat with them. Residents at the Elizabeth Condominiums as well as local businesses are excited to see you.  We'll share a list at the Howl-o-ween event.

Each family will receive a complimentaryRead More at Neighborhood Notes.
