At 7pm on Wednesday night, the Mt. Tabor Legacy opens its doors to some of the hottest, sweatiest girls in Portland. Out Like That Presents: Kiss This!
Organizer Mel Shapiro says that Out Like That began as the title of a Pride event, which turned out to be a bigger success than was anticipated. Realizing they could organize more events for this core audience, Out Like That Productions was born.
This New Year's Eve event will be the third event hosted by OLT, with shows planned during March and again during Pride Week.
This NYE, performers include: Malice (if you don't know Malice – then be prepared to have your head sprung), Pegatron (she's the one spitting fire in the poster, no big deal), Zora Phoenix (delicious drag queen), Sahara Dunes (burlesque babe extrordinare) and, of course, my loverly roomate, Lady Killa (she hula hoops like its her job!). The hot beats you'll be grinding on a stranger to will come from DJs Mani, Lady Adie and Zita.
When I asked Mel what people could expect at Kiss This!, she replied “controlled chaos! between 500 and 700 women … Everywhere you look, something crazy is going on!”
And encase the sheer number of hot chicks isn't enough, there will also be flesh artists painting two models — robot models, to be exact. And if you're feeling like making this NYE extra memorable, there will be a tattoo artist on site to do small tattoos for $50. What sexually charged — nay — sexually open Portlander DOESN'T want a tattoo of a star on their back, you know, to express their individuality?! I know I'll be in the line.
Tickets are $10 here, and $15 at the door.
It's a steal, really.
Pre-funk at Dingo's (with The Lady's fav bartender, Saci) & Hawthorne Theater (location of March event 'Sprung')
