Tool Shed PDX, a local non-profit, is hosting a Maker Mixer on March 1st which is intended to be both a meet-n-greet event and a chance to begin conversations about how shop businesses, tool manufacturers, contractors, artists and governments can work together to survive the recession.
We will have several speakers, live demos, bands, and beer and IT IS ALL FREE TO THE PUBLIC, even the beer.

The SE Area ARTWalk will allow you the opportunity to go on a FREE, self-guided tour by visiting the studios, home workspaces, galleries, host homes and businesses within the “walkable/bikeable/busable” boundaries of SE 9th – SE 41st & SE Hawthorne to SE Powell Blvd.
