We already have the Farmers Market opening in the list of Portland Weekend Events, but I wanted to share the info I received in a Facebook message from them. I took this picture at the first day of PSU Farmers Market in 2007, so it might look similar in weather and weather-based clothing. Also, no dogs at the Saturday market beginning this year apparently.

Tomorrow is Portland Farmers Market first market of the season.

For those of you wondering what could have possibly grown so far this spring, rest assured, the market has options beyond chard and kale: Bakeries Pearl, Delphinas, Blue Gardenia and Black Sheepwill be joined by cheese makers Ancient Heritage, Jacobs Creamery/Lady Lane Dairy (& fresh Milk!), Juniper Grove, Willamette Valley Cheese, Rogue Creamery, Fraga Farm along with Montillet Fromogerie.
