As we know, Portland's unemployment rate is growing & it is becoming much harder to find good jobs.
A few months back, I started a twitter account (@pdxjobs) to syndicate good & interesting jobs I found across the nets. Luckily, we live a great community here in Portland and many people have helped. From the beginning, other PDXers were sending me jobs to post. KGW even had me/@pdxjobs on “Live at 7” to help people find jobs.
Update: Have the beginings of a Website up as well: PortlandTwitterJobs.com
Because jobs range a great deal, I created a few others that cater only to certain fields. They aren't quite running yet but, they will within a week so follow them if you are looking for jobs in these fields
- pdxtechjobs (Portland Tech Jobs)
- pdxmarketingjob (Portland Marketing/Advertising/SEO/”Social Media” jobs)
- pdxcreativejobs (Portland Design, Writing, Art Jobs)
- pdxsalesjobs (Portland Sales Jobs)
- pdxnonprofitjob (Portland Non-Profit Jobs)
- pdxindustryjobs (Portland Service Industry Jobs)
- pdxbarjobs (Barfly is helping with this)
- pdxkitchenjobs (Portland Cooking/Prep Jobs)
