Things I am currently jocking….

1) The Blazers, playoff basketball and the Blazers Team Rally!!! I'm heading to Pioneer Square at 2 to celebrate with the players and probably a few thousand Portlanders. Come join! This will be a party! (Secretly I hope that what I witness at the Square will make a FOX TV's Craziest Celebrations, Rally's & Riots Caught on Tape, but I know us Portlanders are tame. Oh well).

2) This mix from former Jenny Jones TV Show DJ Mr. Marco Morales. It's filled with tracks any hipster and/or music lover would love. Word is he might be coming to Portland for a special party. Hopefully Jenny J will be there too. zshare.net/download/53138986c0ed9bd5/

3) Free ish! Free Miller High Life at random times throughout the night during the Miller High Life Townbombing party at Tube on Friday Night (starts at 10pm).

Life is a party, everyone is just waiting to be invited.

• 2009 Hawthorne Pirate Treasure Hunt @ Dollar Scholar (treasure hunt with a pirate theme, which makes sense, since it is a treasure hunt)
• 420 Revival Party w/ Demetre Baca @ Pala (house music)
• From Pipeline: Vermillion Lies show at Someday Lounge (calendar)
• Quiet Countries @ Holocene (beautiful beat maker — check out the new album for sure)
• Ben Darwish @ Riverplace Hotel (jazz)
• Nintendo Wii Mario Kart Tournament @ Hollywood Video in NW (a chance to brag about how good you are at video games)
• Sinferno Cabaret @ Dante's (fire dancing/pole dancing)
• Pinbrawl Pinball Tournament @ Ground Kontrol (who is the best? Many claim to be, but only one will win! … did that sound too dramatic for pinball? Maybe)
• Thievery Corporation @ Roseland (one of the best live groups you will ever see)

Also …. On 4/20 Indamix Records & Vapors Brothers are putting on a 420 party at a castle in West Linn. And they are bringing Cappadonna from Wu-Tang Clan there. I can't even begin to describe this but the basics are this:

1 Mansion that has been built to look like a castle + DJ Wicked, My-G, Illa J and other performers + video premier of My-G and Devin the Dude's single ‘Smokin' + 2 bars, a swimming pool with fountains, basketball court, dance floor etc etc + Cappadonna from Wu-Tang = I don't know, but I hope people go and tell me how it is.
