From Leigh Feldman:
Things I’m currently jocking…
Free music ish… this mix DJ Fashen. He’s gonna be in PDX at the end of the month. It would probably be a good idea to go and see him. Especially because the party is free! (more info soon) – http://www.mediafire.com/?jndqyo2noud
The ridiculousness that is this weekend!! … Events in this city get better and better – drink tastings, costume parties, bike rides, fashion shows, house parties, barbq’s, dance nights, concerts and tons more! This weekend, less than an hour outside of the city there are quite a few interesting events happening which surely prove that Portland is not the only spot in Oregon keeping it weird… check out events like Turkeyrama, Mt. Hood Loop Cherry Festival, The Buckeroo Rodeo, The Sasquatch Festival, Glow in the Dark Tag and so much more!
Life is a party, everyone is just waiting to be invited.
See you all out and about!

Come see The Producers!
Our amazing cast opens this weekend on Friday night July 10
THE PRODUCERS! Mel Brooks’ raucous, in-your-face musical comedy features two wily producers (Jay Pevney and Todd Tschida) who, with the help of their curvy blonde bombshell assistant Ulla (Sara Catherine Wheatley), conspire to cook the books and produce the worst musical – and biggest flop – ever, then run off with the investors’ unspent money.
Called the “biggest hit in Broadway history,” The Producers won more Tony Awards (12) than any other musical, including Best Book, Best Score and Best Musical. Lakewood is proud to present the Portland area premiere of this exciting romp.
The Producers opens Friday, July 10 at Lakewood Theatre Company and continues until August 23 with the following performance schedule:
Thursdays – Saturdays at 7:30 PM
Sundays at 7:00 PM on July 12, 19, 26 & Aug 2 and Sunday matinees at 2:00 PM on July 19, August 9, 16 & 23.
The theatre is located at Lakewood Center for the Arts, 368 S. State Street in Lake Oswego
