Update: Portland Interview With UFC Legend Randy Couture

Today. July 14th. I will meet one of my favorite athletes. Randy ‘The Natural’ Couture and I will sit in the same 
room and he will talk to me. Like a real person. Like a fan. I am so thrilled to get the chance to ask him about his training, his roots here in Oregon, and UFC 102 – which will take place here in Portland on August 29th.
I am told Randy will be signing autographs and meeting fans later this evening as a part of the UFC 102 media tour at 7pm in the Rose Quarter. This is a great chance for any of you fans to meet one of the greatest mixed martial artists of all time, and the only man in the sport to become Champion in both Light Heavyweight and Heavyweight classes. He is quite simply a legend.
My interview with Randy along with photos of me sobbing uncontrollably at his side will come later this week.

He’s a mean-looking dude when he gets his game face on, but actually quite nice. He took a vacation in Sunriver at one of the houses my company manages back in the day:
