Pampelmoose was the first writing member of the Pipeline Posse other than myself. It was a good time as he is one of the best writers on the music industry. He classed this joint up in 2007 and I am sure this new FREE music series at Mississippi Studios will be very well done.

THE BLAKES (http://www.myspace.com/theblakes)
The BLAKES have a downright undeniable catchiness, with comparisons to
spitfire rock bands such as The Who and The Kinks. This up and coming band
is set to drop their follow up CD called “Souvenirs” and from the first
single “Basket”, it’s going to be the next step in the evolution of this
great young band from Seattle.
THE MINT CHICKS (http://www.myspace.com/themintchicks)
The Mint Chicks, originally from New Zealand, are currently living in
Portland and working on their next big move. Here’s an amazing
international band gone local, known for their exciting live performances
and pulsating mixture of pop hooks and rock. The Mint Chicks are not
afraid to experiment with their music, which makes them anything but
ordinary.
GREENLADIES (http://www.myspace.com/thosegreenladies)
Pampelmoose tipped us off on this band and we are loving the mp3′s we’ve
been given. This up and coming band is influenced by early 90s Indie music
and fueled by rock from the 80s. This American rock band will definitely
leave you wanting more, don’t miss out!
