Singlelicious PDX and Studio X Offer Singlelicious Get Fit! to Portland Singles
The group exercise program inspires singles to meet, mingle and sweat.
Portland, Ore. – Charming, witty and gorgeous singles are invited to join Singlelicious PDX (www.singleliciouspdx.com) and Studio X (www.studioxfitness.com) for Singlelicious Get Fit!, a group exercise program that focuses on a combination of aerobic conditioning, strength training, yoga and Pilates exercises. Singlelicious Get Fit! will be held on Wednesdays beginning July 15 from 7 – 8 p.m., and the classes will continue on an ongoing basis. Participants can pay a drop in rate of $15 per class or select a six-week package for $90. The six-week package includes an additional hour long, private consultation with a Studio X trainer for fitness testing and body composition measurement. Studio X personal trainers: Becca Arnold, certified pilates instructor; Janan Bejaige, ACSM certified trainer; Amy Truitt, ACE certified trainer; Jared Sanders, ISSA certified trainer; yoga instructors Trish Ivey and Rebecca Blain; and Thrive Bodywork, massage and stretching will work with participants as they learn to set goals and establish an exercise routine that helps to reduce stress and improve overall wellness.

$15 a week! that’s a little steep! The reason I don’t have a gym membership now is I don’t want to pay $50 a month.
