Finally! My favorites and yours, The Liberators, are back this Thursday, July 23rd & next Friday, July 31st at The Brody Theater.
If you're a Liberators virgin – this is the perfect time to dive into their sensuality. And if you've seen them before working with another improv format, you must attend one of these two nights. The crew will be working with a format they call “Cutlass Supreme” which they describe as, “Improv horsepower with a smooth, sexy ride.”
Doesn't that make you feel all warm and fuzzy in all the right places?
The Liberators consist of Nicholas Kessler (Icarus, Live Wire!, The Second City, Improv Olympic), Shelley McLendon (Eastland Academy , Mortified, Live Wire!, ComedySportz Portland), John Breen (Wendy and Lucy, Upright Citizens Brigade NYC, The Auteur, Hoskins and Breen) and Tony Marcellino (The Auteur, ComedySportz Portland, Your Other Left, Skin & Bones).
The Liberators love you all so much that they've offered to give away two pairs of tickets to each show. Did you hear that? Two pairs! And if you don't win – these tickets are well priced and the laughs are guaranteed. It's like buying your date a cup of coffee, knowing all the while that you'll lucky. That simple.

I’d like to go, because the last time I went to the Brody…you were located under the Mexican restaurant. The company I went with would not STFU. I’ve always wanted to see your shows since then, but you were “closed” for good, I thought. Then one day I spotted your new locatation, and have been waiting to come back. I enjoy your improve soooooo much, that I’d love to return. And since I’m a Liberators virgin, it’s truly the perfect time for me to get these tickets.
Either way, I’m there. But getting lucky with a couple tickets would really be terrific. Danke sehr!
