Oaks Park OktoberFest This Weekend | September 25-27

In Portland's quest to have the most Oktoberfests of any city in the world, we present the 3rd one (that we know of) so far this September. This is a pretty big one taking up three full days with eating contests, dancing contests, dog agility contests…it's got it all. :)

Zenner's Oktoberfest at Oaks Park

It's Portland's premier fall festival!  Dust off your lederhosen and bring out the whole family for a weekend of German-style family fun!  Festival features:

* Authentic German food and beer featuring locally owned Zenner's Sausage and Paulaner Beer
* Live music by the Northwest's best Oompah bands
* Dancing, contests, and games in the 2 Festhallen
* Kinderplatz children's games and crafts by the Portland Saturday
* German School and Rocktoberfest with Radio Disney
* Craft and import vendors
* Dog shows
* German cooking demonstrations

“Senior Excitement” presented by KKAD Sunny 1550

Free gate admission and discounted meals for 55 years and older on Friday from 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm.

Discount meals, Cooking demonstration by Le Fete Catering, chicken dance contest, live music and more, hosted by Roger Hart.  Groups and grandkids welcome!

KGON Oktobefest Party, 8:00 pm – 10:00 pm in the Main Festhalle.  Hosted by Concert Dave.

8:30 pm – Pretzel Toss Contest

9:00 pm – Condiment Art Contest

9:30 pm – Chicken Dance Contest

10:00 pm – Oaks Park Sausage Eating Contest
