Gold Medal Party
Wednesday, Oct 28th Starting at 5pm
——————————————–
Hopworks is proud to announce that the brewery won two Gold medals at the 2009 Great American Beer Festival. Rise Up Red brought home the gold in the American Red Category and Ace of Spades in the Imperial IPA Category! To celebrate we'll have both beers on tap this Wednesday along with the brewers hangin out in the bar. Come by and raise a congratulatory pint, or two!
Also that night….Come welcome the return of our much beloved winter beer. Abomb is brewed to kick your festive spirits into high gear. Crafted with six organic malts and Cascade, Centennial and Simcoe hops our winter seasonal features a floral, spicy and citrus hop aroma backed up by a subtle, yet complex hop flavor and just the right amount of malt sweetness. Watch out, cause this beast could rip your arms off and beat you with them! 17 Plato 7.3% ABV 70 IBU
