We don't usually put up many of the “Camps” here or meetings, but hey…it's wine season and this could be turn into a pretty great event. You might want to get in this now so that you can start some free / cheap wine drinking. Plus, extended happy hour!

Hi all,

Interest in WinecampPDX continues. We've got 36 people subscribed to the mailing list. I have to say I'm surprised and excited about WinecampPDX and all the interest, tweets, and comments on the WinecampPDX wiki.

Thursday night will be our first face-to-face planning meeting for WinecampPDX. We will discuss the event, locations, presentations, logistics, our website and advertising our un-conference. Since this is our first meeting, I really want to allow time for us to get to know each other and share ideas. That said, I want to come out of this first meeting with “to do's” for many of us.

This meeting is an open meeting to anyone interested. Please stop by if you're interested in helping. If you can't make it, no worries. you can keep up on happenings via Twitter, the WinecampPDX wiki, or this email address. You can always email me directly or DM me on Twitter.
