There are many different benefits in Portland for the Haiti. We are creating this list of Portland events. Most of them are donating proceeds to Portland Mercy Corps or Red Cross. You can read about their efforts here along with the latest news on the ground in Haiti.

If you're dining out this weekend, look for area restaurateurs who will be donating a portion of their proceeds to aid the recovery efforts in Haiti. Today we received word of two such benefits.

- Marcos Cafe (SW 35th & Multnomah Blvd): January 21, 2010 – 25% of ALL proceeds will be donated to Mercy Corp for direct disaster relief efforts in Haiti
- Biwa (215 SE 9th Ave): January 17th -10% of sales to aid victims of the earthquake
- Lincoln (3808 N Williams St.): Lincoln will be donating 5 percent of our food sales this weekend to Mercy Corps ongoing Haiti relief efforts.
