2010 Bridgetown Comedy Festival Lineup + WIN Full Passes | April 22-25

Bridgetown Comedy Festival announced it's new site and 2010 lineup yesterday. It's a good one including: Maria Bamford (video below), Scott Adsit (30 Rock), Danny Pudi (Community), TIM MEADOWS, and about 75 more. There will be over 100 by the time the festival arrives.

Check out all the performers here and you will recognize many of them from Comedy Central and other late night show appearances.

Being involved with a site such as this, I experience a lot of entertainment Portland. Bridgetown Comedy Fest is one of the best events we have. We are truly lucky to have Andy Wood & Kim Brady to put this on. Not only is it a big party for Portlanders, it's a big party for the comedians. They are out walking around Hawthorne checking out each other acts, drinking beers, and just having a good time. I spoke with many of them last year and they were loving the event and our city. Even if you are not someone who goes out comedy regularly (or ever), you should experience this event as it is a really unique event for Portland and a fantastic time.

To Win Tickets: We are giving away 2 full festival passes this week. Check out the lineup here. Comment on ths post and tell us which comedian (or comedians) you want to see and WHY. Perhaps, give us some quotes from a show or talk about seeing them before, etc. If you don;t know anyone on there, then just tell us why you want to go. We will draw winners on Fridays.

The full passes are also on sale right now for $50 (3 days = great deal) and you can buy them here.

On the Twitter? @Bridgetown will be updating information and having more giveaways as the event draws near.

“Hi mom, it’s the baby jesus…” I’d die to see Maria Bamford because she’s from my home state of Minnesota (!!!) and I’ve got a big ole GAY man-crush on her. “Honey, when you don’t wear makeup, you look mentally ill!”

  2. Mcbeerguy March 16, 2010 at 14:25 #

Maria Bamford is a must see. I caught her set at Bumbershoot last year. It was one of the most hilarious, bizarre, flow of consciousness performances I’ve ever set. After her, I’d say Dana Gould or Marc Maron. All around great line up, nice job Andy & Kim!

  3. Megan March 16, 2010 at 14:26 #

Tim Meadows and Scott Adsit. Not only are they both hilarious, but the connections to Tina Fey makes them even better in my book.

  4. mike March 16, 2010 at 14:36 #

would like to go because all of this material would be new to me #lifeundersadsadrock

  5. whitney streed March 16, 2010 at 14:39 #

oh my god. i am beyond excited about this year’s festival. maria bamford is like a genius. the conan writing team panel is going to be insanely awesome. assscat is amazing. oh comedy!!

  6. Tony Faulkner March 16, 2010 at 15:03 #

Gotta see Marc Maron. He’s got the best podcast in the universe. I really hope to see Bamford, too.

  7. Ryan C Brown March 16, 2010 at 15:05 #

I’ve always been a fan of the Upright Citizens Brigade, and constantly steal their material to make myself appear more entertaining to others. I saw Matt Besser and Matt Walsh with Steve Agee hosting at the USB Theater in LA a few years ago and thoroughly enjoyed myself. They would be the few I’m most interested in seeing. Andy Daly was there as well, good show!

Scott Adsit is one of my favorites from 30 Rock so I’d like to see his show as well. And of course, Tim Meadows is incomparable. I’d also take the opportunity to explore some of the other shows and introduce myself to some new comedy.

  8. Reece March 16, 2010 at 15:31 #

Danny Pudi is one of my new favorite comedians. His character Abed, on Community makes me laugh so hard because he seems so weird but yet so normal. I nearly peed in my pants when they did the John Hughes tribute and he said this classic line. “You know what I got for Christmas? It was a better year at the Bender family. I got a carton of cigarettes. The old man grabbed me and said, hey smoke up Johnny. No dad, what about you?”

  9. emma March 16, 2010 at 18:42 #

I want to see ALL of them, because I am still a comedy n00b. :)

  10. Jason Barton March 16, 2010 at 23:12 #

Dwight Slade! Funny funny man. His bit on Why Not to Drive With The Radio On is a prime example on why this is more dangerous then texting while driving. Bumpershoot 2009: “You never heard of me. You have no idea who I am. Lets all lower are expectations.” Yor bound to be pleased.” Words are so true. He is almost a regular at Harveys comedy club. Nice guy and really funny yet down to earth. Would love to see him again. I reccomend anyone to go to Harveys Comedy club when he is there. You wont be dissapointed.

  11. Zee March 17, 2010 at 04:07 #

I’d like to see Leon Phelps from The Ladies Man because I love Courvoisier.

  12. Geoff K March 17, 2010 at 11:17 #

Definitely Scott Adsit. He’s hilarious on 30 Rock, one of the few guys who can go toe to toe with Tina Faye and not get bowled over. Never seen him do stand up, but would really like to!

  13. Denise March 17, 2010 at 12:51 #

Are you kidding me? This lineup is the best thing I have ever seen, better than early 90s Lollapalooza, I will be scrounging time off and quarters out of my couch to make the trek from Bend and winning a ticket would make my goal much more attainable. Otherwise I will be wandering Hawthorne hoping to bump into an open doorway and a loud PA. I will even wear makeup so that I do not look mentally ill…and give myself a PART PERM

  14. Denise March 17, 2010 at 12:52 #

that was supposed to be PARTY PERM. I am too excited to edit.

  15. chase March 17, 2010 at 15:54 #

Dana Gould His recent dvd special killed me.

  16. Kyle Knies March 17, 2010 at 16:49 #

I’d like to see Scott Adsit (and a lot of others) because I’m broke and need a laugh.

  17. Tara Dublin March 17, 2010 at 17:00 #

The question isn’t who I want to see, but who DON’T I want to see? Are you kidding? Oscar from The Office, Scott from 30 ROCK, Dana Gould, Christian Finnegan, Lizz Winstead…it’s the best lineup yet. Also, I’ve been out of work for 10 months and I sure as hell could use the laughs.

  18. Nicole March 17, 2010 at 17:08 #

Maria Bamford is awesome, Hal Sparks is smart, Lizz Winstead is legendary . . . tickets will be awesome.

  19. Daniel March 17, 2010 at 17:31 #

I’d love to see Tim Meadows. I’m mostly familiar with him from his days on SNL. My favorite bit was when he played a census taker who happens to knock upon Christopher Walken’s door. Walken stole the scene of course, but Tim Meadows played an excellent straight man.

  20. mike March 18, 2010 at 01:34 #

i wanna see TIM MEADOWS cause i havent seen him do stand up since his SNL days…….MARIA BAMFORD is always funny and surpisely attractive in person lol….

  21. Donna March 18, 2010 at 08:42 #

I need some comedy in my life! this would be awesome. I would be most excited to see Maria Bamford. I’ve been watching her for years!

  22. Ben March 18, 2010 at 11:49 #

Maria Bamford is the best comedian of her generation. She inspired me to try my hand at comedy. I would really give anything to see her, and Never Not Funny live.

Wow, what a great time it sounds like.

  23. Melanie March 18, 2010 at 12:19 #

Me Circa 2005 totally wants to see Hal Sparks because I remember loving him on that “I Love the 80s” series, but Me Circa Now is most excited to catch Danny Pudi — “Community” is my new favorite show, and he’s hilarious as Abed (he and Donald Glover need their own variety show, quite honestly).

  24. Josh March 18, 2010 at 12:41 #

I’d like to go so I can ask Ben Kronberg if he’s making fun of Marc Maron’s photo.

    http://bridgetowncomedyfestival.com/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/ben-kronberg-150×150.jpg

    http://bridgetowncomedyfestival.com/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/marc-maron-150×150.jpg

  25. Mark R March 18, 2010 at 12:58 #

Dana Gould. He is one of my all time favorite comedians, and I’ve never really been able to see him do an extended set. Looking forward to seeing him, especially if he stops by the all-night open-mic.

  26. Adam Schafer March 18, 2010 at 13:00 #

Can’t decide if I’m more excited to Kyle Kinane again or to catch Never Not Funny live.
Will the Monsters of Podcasting be back?

  27. Matt March 18, 2010 at 13:01 #

I haven’t laughed in over 4 weeks. It’s been raining. Please send me.

  28. bloodbath32 March 18, 2010 at 13:09 #

Mighty Tim Meadows. because he knows how to treat the laydays.

  29. Berenice March 18, 2010 at 13:11 #

I don’t get the chance to watch nearly enough stand-up and am really happy with the list of performers! It’s a great way to find stuff I haven’t heard yet too. Meadows and Adsit would be two must sees.

  30. Tia Anderson March 18, 2010 at 13:12 #

Danny Pudi is hilarious in Community! His deadpan humor, his versatility with impressions of people. I love when he wakes up from a drunken night sleeping in his dresser drawer with his long legs dangling out. He looks so comfortable. I would very much love to see him in the flesh…

  31. Matt March 18, 2010 at 13:13 #

I’d love to see Matt Walsh and have him count some ass pennies.

  32. Ryan Herron March 18, 2010 at 13:24 #

Susan Rice! There is a GILF on this tour? I gotta see this. Count me in. I’ve got several gigs of comedy on the ol’ ipod and room for more!

  33. Jami March 18, 2010 at 13:27 #

I’d love to see Maria Bamford. The bit where she’s describing a temp job where they forgot to invite her to have birthday cake is hilarious (and exactly what temping is like).

  34. Brenda H March 18, 2010 at 13:33 #

I really want to go because I am in dire need of a good laugh. This sounds like an AMAZING event, and I wanna join in on the party! :)

  35. Julia Nusbaum March 18, 2010 at 13:36 #

Dana Gould “take a swim in Lake You” oh he remains one of my favorite comedians from back when Comedy Central was funny. I’d love to see him perform live. And I’m psyched for the entire rest of the line-up as well.

  36. Katy W March 18, 2010 at 14:19 #

I would like to go because I haven’t seen any stand up in a long time, and not in Portland, and I’d love to spend the weekend laughing with a friend.

  37. Amy Dubin March 18, 2010 at 14:25 #

Ok. I totally want to see Hampton Yount. Whomever is named that has got to be ridiculous, he looks funny and out of the whole line up (most of whom I don’t know, but all look very bright), he was a standout. Let’s see what he’s got!

  38. Glenn March 18, 2010 at 14:39 #

I don’t know where to start, this lineup is amazing! I would love to go and be a part of the experience. I’ve never been to a comedy festival and have always wanted to be able to attend and this one seems like it would be mind-blowingly amazing! Matt Besser, Todd Glass, Brent Weinbach, Kyle Kinane, Matt Braunger, Tig Notaro and so many more awesome performers. It’s always such a treat to see them perform. I really hope I can make it this year, it would be super cool to go. If not, there’s always hope for next year.

  39. Aki March 18, 2010 at 14:44 #

Maria Bamford! Her web series on Super Deluxe was the best! I would be super-duper stoked to see her perform live.

  40. Erin March 18, 2010 at 15:15 #

I want to see Danny Pudi and Scott Adsit because they are my favorite parts of my favorite TV shows.

“Molly Ringworm?…You broke me.” – Abed

  41. Matt March 18, 2010 at 16:52 #

I’d love to see Todd Glass. He’s just so quirky.

“Why would a bird live in a poor neighborhood?”
    “Todd, are you high?”
    “Yeah.”

  42. Stephi March 18, 2010 at 17:01 #

I want to see Steve Agee! He’s on the Sarah Silverman Program. I think he’s so funny and would love a chance to see him live!

  43. Janice Tracy March 18, 2010 at 17:06 #

Great lineup. I am especially looking forward to seeing Marc Maron, because his WTF podcast makes me feel better about being so neurotic.

  44. John March 18, 2010 at 17:48 #

In it for Marc Maron because he tends to attack (“challenge”) his audience the more he perceives them as hipsters, and he’s pretty damn good at it.

  45. Abby March 18, 2010 at 17:49 #

I can’t wait to see Jimmy Pardo & Never Not Funny live! I’ve been a listener for years & absolutely love the show. I especially love the festival shows with Pat Francis as he never fails to bring a little extra joy (or…something!) What an absolute pleasure to know they are going to be a part of this great lineup!

  46. Sarah Denham March 18, 2010 at 17:58 #

I want to see Brent Weinbach because he is funny and pretty.

  47. Susan March 18, 2010 at 18:14 #

TWO of my favorite comedians/podcasters are in the line-up…Marc Maron of WTF with Marc Maron and Jimmy Pardo of Never Not Funny!!! Their podcasts have become a part of my routine and I want to see them LIVE! YAY!

  48. tiffany clevenger March 18, 2010 at 18:14 #

Beautiful outside. Can’t wait to go explore PDX. been cooped up in this house too long!

  49. shawn March 18, 2010 at 18:19 #

i would like to see the matts, both besser and walsh. upright citizens brigade was one of my favorite shows ever and i missed out seeing them in la at UCB theater performing asscat because amy pohler showed up and bumped people down the list. i would most def shit myself if i saw them, but after clean up i’m sure i’d have the time of my life

  50. Kimberly March 18, 2010 at 18:43 #

OMG! I would love to see so many of these comedians but especially Todd Glass, Janet Varney and Dwight Slade! I first discovered Dwight at Harvey’s many years ago and enjoyed him so much that I bought both of his albums there on the spot (I never do that, I’m too poor, lol). This is going to be an amazing time and I would so appreciate the free tickets!

  51. Peggy Pfenninger March 18, 2010 at 18:44 #

WOW! What a line up! It’s hard to say who I want to see most. It’s been a long time since I’ve seen live comedy…I NEED IT! Almost as much if not more than I need sex! I would so rock the Bridgetown Comedy Festival if I won these passes!

  52. Diana Griffith March 18, 2010 at 18:57 #

Here is my confession. I feel deep shame, but if I don’t confess, my stomach will continue to churn from shame and fear. Okay, here goes…. I know NONE of the comics performing.
I do cancer research at the Portland VA Medical Center, and I can’t tell you when I last laughed. I think it must have been before the Afghanistan and Iraq wars.
I am trying to rewrite my life and find balance. Wish me luck, because recreational time is something I’d like to rediscover.

  53. Nancy March 18, 2010 at 19:06 #

I Love to laugh, it makes me feel so good for so long. I love to be aroung people who are laughing and having a good time. Most of all. I would love to win tickets.

  54. Kirk March 18, 2010 at 19:10 #

I’d love to go see Jimmy Pardo and Never Not Funny live… I’ve been listening to him talk about crappy rock bands since the very beginning and I’d love to witness it in person!

  55. Stacey March 18, 2010 at 19:18 #

I saw Marc Maron in LA back in August. I had been a fan for years and was thrilled to see him live. When I heard he was going to be at the bridgetown comedy fest, I was psyched! I listen to his podcast regularly – so good. He’s had a number of the comedians that will be appearing on his podcast, Maria Bamford, being one of them.

  56. msD March 18, 2010 at 19:20 #

    I love funny shit.

  57. BJ March 18, 2010 at 19:23 #

My boyfriend and I could use a night of laughter. Our beloved English Mastiff Jackson died wednesday. It has been a rough week…

  58. Cyndee Mady March 18, 2010 at 20:04 #

Please don’t allow me to stay home another weekend with my cats! I need a night of laughter, raunch, distaste, and politically incorrect behavior. Love Tim Meadows. Recognize Todd Glass from Last Comic Standing, and recently viewed Susan Rice’s online video before missing an opportunity to see her. Where is the laughter in my life? Help?

    • AD March 18, 2010 at 21:19 #

Why do you sit at home and do nothing when there are fun things to do every single night of the week? Why are you surprised you have no laughter in your life when you’re not trying?OMFG, even if you don’t get these tickets for free, just buy a pair, find someone to go with you and just go!

  59. Jasper March 18, 2010 at 20:08 #

Brian Stack and Morgan Murphy for Late Night past and present.

  60. Wendy March 18, 2010 at 20:11 #

I would like to go, because I’ve been unemployed for about a year and a half, and it would really lift my spirits!! Thanks!

  61. Rachel March 18, 2010 at 21:23 #

Tim Meadows, Danny Pudi and Scott Adsit. SNL, 30 Rock and Community.
I would love to see all three of them, love ther work. Espeially Danny Pudi on Community – his character’s documentaries and short films are hysterical!

  62. Kyle March 18, 2010 at 21:38 #

I’ve never been to this festival, and it looks like a lot of fun. I would definitely be interested in seeing Scott Adsit since I love 30 Rock. Tig Notaro and Emily Heller are two others that look like they would be a lot of laughs!

  63. AHop March 18, 2010 at 21:41 #

I know a couple of these comics, but only a handful. Obviously I’ve got some catching up to do. Also, I just had knee surgery. Can’t do most of the biking, sporty, outdoorsy things I normally do… but I can laugh on crutches!

  64. Erika March 18, 2010 at 21:51 #

This looks like a great lineup! I love Maria Bramford!

  65. Annie March 18, 2010 at 21:55 #

Maria Bamford! Chelsea Peretti! Tig Notaro! Matt Besser AND Matt Walsh!

    Ass pennies! Little Donny Foundation!
    What can I say?

Fan is not an adequate term. These people are some of my biggest comedic HEROES and the reason I want to WRITE! And the fact that this many of them will be descending on the city I love and spewing forth comedic gold in the shitty southeast bars I call home? It’s all too good!

Also Maria Bamford’s impersonations of her Duluthian mom and sister drinking Diet Coke and shopping at Target is pure genius.

    Love it all!

  66. david guzman March 18, 2010 at 22:06 #

I’m looking forward to see Scott Adsit; he is someone who, though known in improv and comedy circles, should get more exposure. He is hilarious and used very cleverly as Pete in “30 Rock,” and I recently saw him live at the UCB Theatre in NY and would like to see him live again. It’ll be great to see Matt Besser and Matt Walsh from UCB as well.

And the Conan writers! They’ve helped shape my comedy sensibility over the last two decades.

  67. Brittany March 18, 2010 at 22:15 #

I want to see all the comedians because I want to laugh!!

  68. Bronwyn March 18, 2010 at 22:48 #

Brent Weinbach’s Alphabet routine is hilarious….gets me laughing every time….According to him……That’s Right, Mother ****er!

  69. Jessica March 19, 2010 at 02:12 #

I am a giant comedy nerd, or at least as much as I can be living in Portland. I have loved standing up comedy ever since I was little. I hate LA, but I seriously considered moving there just to be able to see shows at Largo and the UCB regularly.

I’m having a hard time narrowing it down to just a few, but I’m so excited about Jimmy Pardo (he fascinates me!), Matt Braunger (Eggley Bagelface!), James Adomian (Huell Howser!), and Chip Pope (RO Manse!).

Basically I’d love the chance to see all of the folks I’ve heard so many times on the one frillion comedy podcasts I subscribe to, and get to know the 20 or so I don’t recognize. Free passes would mean I could introduce friends to the comics I love.

Great job with booking this festival – I hear comics saying great things about it all the time. PDX has awesome music and live theater, but can suffer from a dearth of stand up. Thank you!

    • ha ha March 19, 2010 at 12:12 #

      http://pdxcomedyblog.wordpress.com

I disagree, check that link for comedy happenins pretty much every day of the week in Portland.

      • Julian Chadwick March 19, 2010 at 14:34 #

Is that your site? Just checked it out for the first time. Good stuff!

      • Jessica March 20, 2010 at 19:20 #

Bookmarked! Thanks for the heads up.

      • whitney streed March 20, 2010 at 20:04 #

i run it actually. i have such love for the growing local comedy scene, which is getting so good lately, largely because of Andy Wood and Bridgetown. Oh comedy!!

  70. Kathy Rankin March 19, 2010 at 03:41 #

I really would like to go because I never go to comedy clubs or watch it on tv because I am so busy following bands around, mostly blues bands, so I would like to be less blue and more happy! One of my friends, his name was greg, died a few years ago. He was a comedian that had lost his hand and the doctors tried to help his pain because of the reconstructive surgery didnt go so well, he was in a lot of pain and always managed to make funny jokes, although he wasnt performing he was still writing the comedy! I would like to go on his behalf.

  71. Chelsea March 19, 2010 at 04:22 #

Can’t wait to check it out this year. last year was life changing. Was able to chat with the woman I would change teams for, Jeaneane Garafelo, twice!!

  72. Susan Damato March 19, 2010 at 06:39 #

Danny Pudi is so hilarious on Community, so i bet he’ll be just as funny doing stand up. And Hal Sparks from Queer as Folk–can’t miss that!

  73. Brian March 19, 2010 at 07:24 #

The comedy festival is my favorite thing of the year in Portland. Excited that Tig and Brent Weinbach are returing and can’t wait to check out Marc Marone and Asssscat.

  74. Sarah March 19, 2010 at 09:25 #

I need a laugh, or maybe a thousand!

  75. FuR March 19, 2010 at 09:28 #

I want to see Hal Sparks! Loved him on QaF and heard he’s pretty great in person… also Tig Notaro, from the Sarah Silverman show would be rad to catch. I only caught one show last time the festival was in town because of low funds from being laid off, I’d try to see as many shows as I could if I won a pass.

    FuR

  76. Megan March 19, 2010 at 09:29 #

Some friends of mine went to college with Nathan Brannon and I’ve heard he’s hilarious. I’d love to see all of them, though!

  77. Chad March 19, 2010 at 09:35 #

Tim Meadows! I really, really want to see this guy because he’s my favorite SNL comedian of all times! I can’t think of a more versatile talent. The man does so many characters and does them exceptionally well. Most hit it big with a particular spoof, and are unable to find the magic again once their 15 minutes are up. Tim has got the longevity, baby! He can go all night long!

  78. Michelle Blum March 19, 2010 at 10:14 #

3 days of comedy? Sign me up! Abed is my new fav TV character. He and the Community writers are comedic geniuses! Scott Adsit is a funny man too.

  79. Mark Santillo March 19, 2010 at 10:28 #

I deeply appreciate Hal Sparks. A lot of people dismissed him because of his stint on “Talk Soup.” But he went out on a limb to star in the American version of “Queer as Folk,” and that took a lot of guts. His performance on that show was full of compassion, honesty and integrity and I don’t think he ever received the kind of career boost he should have. So I’d like to be in the audience to thank Hal for putting his career on the line to give us all an amazing performance (and he’s not even gay!).

  80. Emily March 19, 2010 at 10:45 #

The Comedy festival is about 2 weeks before I have to take final exams. I could use a good laugh to relieve the stress from all the studying. ;)

  81. Adreana March 19, 2010 at 10:46 #

My MA needs a laugh! So send us some awesome tickets! She deserves it for poppin’ me outta her loins. :)

  82. Erin March 19, 2010 at 10:46 #

Comedy is soooo needed in Portland! I am excited about a few folks coming like Oscar Nunez, conan writers and Danny Pudi.

    Portland needs to laugh more!

  83. Hollie March 19, 2010 at 11:38 #

I’d love to see Maria Bamford live. I’ve never been to a comedy festival before, so it would be great to win tickets.

  84. Angel March 19, 2010 at 11:40 #

Wow, what a lineup! Who on that list wouldn’t I want to see!?!… Oscar Nunez, Dani Pudi (He’s from Chicago, my hometown!), Tim Meadows. Please give me tickets to that funny festival and it will definitely make sure to ward off the seasonal affective disorder for the next few years.

  85. Rooney March 19, 2010 at 11:47 #

Auggie Smith for his take on registered sex offenders and Halloween night.

Nick Flanagan because he is out of control, and is also in a punk rock band called Brutal Knights. The only thing worse than a punk rock crowd is a crowd expecting you to make them laugh.

And finally Joselyn Hughes because she is the last one on your list AND she has to work with Daniel Tosh most every day.

I, like most people on this list, am unemployed and could use a laugh. In fact, hand out free passes to everyone who took the time to submit something here. – Put it all on my tab. Cheers!

Jimmy Pardo’s Never Not Funny and Writers of Conan O’Brien.

I was excited to see Jimmy in Seattle for the first time this year, but the day before is when his brother-in-law, Andrew Koenig, went missing in Vancouver and he had to cancel his show.

He took a few weeks off from his podcast, but he is back and in top form. I cannot WAIT to see Jimmy, Matt Belknap and Pat Francis bring down the house in Portland.

An incredible line-up this year!! I would love to tix to see many of my favorites like Hal Sparks, Tim Meadows and Christian Finnegan. Thanks for the opportunity!

I can’t believe the line-up for the festival this year. Of course I want to see Maria Bamford live, for all of her hilarity, but I would also love to see some of the lesser know comics.

I would live to see Tig Notaro because I didn’t get to see her at Bumbershoot a few years back and hear she is really funny. At least that is what my friend told me- he owns a restaurant so he must know what he is talking about, right?

I have seen Brent Weinbach perform the Russian alphabet several times, and it’s still just as hilarious, as if I am seeing it for the first time. Not many comedians can make me laugh that hard without changing the sets they do. :) Hope to win tickets and support the field of comedy.

I can’t wait to see ASSSSCAT. Why? Cause they make me laugh. Christ.

I’m excited to see Jimmy Pardo, and do you know why? Because he’s gonna love me. I wear a hard shoe, I like a nice crisp pant and I conduct myself like a gentleman.

Hey there! I want you to know that comedy saved my life! My marriage to the 7 time winner of the international staring contest used me for practice until I had turned to stone! Day in and out being used and defeated by the slack face in front of me developed my intense need of laughter! Please help me continue my therapy! Please release the chuckles from below! Thank you for anything you an do, even if it’s just a joke! Pete and RePete

I can’t believe I can see Asssscat with Tim Meadows (the only man who can make an Alan Keyes impersonation funny) and without traveling to Manhattan. Plus I’ve always wanted to get drunk on mash liquor around Meadows and see if I can get him to ask me “What you swattin’ at?”

Portland is good; Beer is good; Laughing is good.
    Portland + Beer + Laughing = Utopia

Can’t believe no one said Brian McCann?!? One of the funniest skit comedians from the Late Show with Conan O’Brian. Some of my favorites were manly meats not shaped like a phallus, porno-vision, preparation H Raymond, no-reason-to-live guy, the “fun-hole” guy—too many to list!!!

I would love to see Danny Pudi from Community. Abed is one of the best characters on tv right now. The episode “The Science of Illusion” was one of his best performances. I laughed so hard when he did his cop boss impression! You can check it out here: http://www.imdb.com/video/hulu/vi776012825/

So yes I would love to win a pass!
