Sunday Parkways returns to North Portland tomorrow and it should be a great. The weather is perfect, it's the last day of Pedalpalooza, Third day of Good in The Hood Festival, and there are MANY organized activities. This is a picture from last year's SE event at Sunnyside Elementary…a similarly beautiful day.
