FAQ…

How do you collect purchase?

Give us the full name on your ID when paying for the promotion (add it to the notes in Paypal if not using same name). We send your  name to East Burn and you can go in anytime you want and use your $40 credit.

East Burn will check the name submitted against your ID and issue you a $40 credit.

When can you go?

Pipeline will send in winning names at scheduled times throughout the promotion. Therefore, depending on when you purchase the promotion, you will  be able to pick up a few hours later. You can use it anytime until it expires (12/31/2010), but below are the earliest times.

• Thursday, purchases before 5PM available for use after 6PM
• Friday, purchases before 5PM available for use after 6PM
• Saturday, purchases before 5PM available for use after 6PM
• All Sunday purchases + Monday purchases before noon available for use after 6PM Monday

East Burn in closed on Sunday, July 4th.
