Timbers Army Tailgate: Beers, Bachelors, & History
When: Saturday, July 10th at 3pm (Kick off is at 7pm)
Where: Parking Lot on SW 18th Ave between SW Taylor and SW Salmon (behind Cheerful Bullpen)
Before the Portland Timbers play Miami Blues FC on July 10th at PGE Park at 7pm, join us for what can only be called a Timbers Army tailgatepalooza as we have a variety of special events happening including a homebrew mini-fest, a tifo fundraiser in the form of a bachelor auction of Timbers Army boys, a chance to participate in Portland Timbers history, and more.
Timbers Army Homebrew Mini-Fest
As a continuation of our celebration of Oregon craft beer this month, we are having a homebrew mini-fest at the tailgate for our 21+ attendees to showcase the local beer talent amongst the Timbers supporters. All homebrew entries are welcome! If you are not a homebrewer, you can always bring your favorite Oregon craft beer. Timbers Army Bachelor Auction for Tifo
The recent tifo displays at the games have been amazing and they require a lot of resources in order to create them. To raise money for tifo, we will be having a bachelor auction of some of the most eligible Timbers Army boys during the tailgate. Sign up today to volunteer for this effort and bring your pocketbook for your chance to get to know some Timbers Army boys! More information on the auction, and there bachelors, can be found here.

Your stories, photos, and memorabilia deserve a place to live on and be shared.
FC Media is capturing 35 years of PTFC history and will host a table at the July 10 tailgate so you can get involved. To learn more about FC Media and the Timbers History project, find them on Facebook, Twitter, and fcmediallc.com.
Additionally, we hope to see people from the Beer & Blog/Timbers Army TweetUp at the tailgate before the match! Last but not least…as is tradition when we play Miami, "Miami and beach themed" wear are encouraged for the game. We'll have at least one Crockett!
So bring a food or drink to share, your checkbook for the TA bachelors, your Timbers history for FC Media, and meet up in the parking lot between SW Taylor and SW Salmon on 18th Ave (behind Cheerful Bullpen) around 3 pm on Saturday, July 10th, for some grilling and socializing with fellow Timbers supporters before the match.
