Portland’s Italian Festival (“Festa Italiana”) returns to Pioneer Square tomorrow through Saturday. There is music and dancing as you can see in the picture above as well as many other fun activities. It is one of the best Pioneer Square events of the summer.

19th FESTA ITALIANA PORTLAND OREGON
Join us for the 19th Festa Italiana August 26-28 in beautiful downtown Portland, Oregon. The ¬Å“Piazza¬Â at Pioneer Courthouse Square will have non-stop Entertainment, Dancing, Wine Garden and Great Food from some of the top Italian Restaurants in Portland. Children love our pizza toss, grape stomp and marionettes.
Help us celebrate Italian-American culture in Portland, Oregon. This event is for the entire family. See www.festa-italiana.org for more information and Entertainment Schedule.
Hours:
August 26th, Thursday Noon-11 PM (Opera at 6:30 PM)
August 27th, Friday Noon-11 PM
August 28th, Saturday 11 AM-11 PM
We are searching for volunteers to work at the Festa. The shifts are short 2.5-3 hour shifts. Shifts are available in the Wine Garden, Security, Raffle Sellers and Soldi Sellers (our currency this year). If you are interested in volunteering at the Festa, please see the links below. If anyone took pictures of the PSU opera singers, I hope they will post the pictures! Would love to see those kids! They work really hard!
This is a great experience my family and I go every year. You must go and experience it your self, it is fun For all ages.great food and dancing!!!:)
