From our partners at Mt Tabor Theater:
Return of Molly Cliff at Mt. Tabor During the heydey of Northwest rock Molly Cliff was a promising group of disenchanted youth headlining shows supported by Everclear and the Dandy Warhols, and the song “Meon” was in regular radio rotation nationally. Their sound was marked by the interplay of the Kevin Colgan's melodic guitar, Ryan Schmidt's (Supernaut) backing guitar and Bob Patrick's vocal harmonies. On the brink of success and a major record deal, the band sadly called it quits.

Now 17 years since their last performance, Portland will get to experience the triumphant return of Molly Cliff! The band has put aside all differences and reunited. Be there as Molly Cliff takes the stage for the first time in nearly two decades October 2 at Mt. Tabor Theater. The band has been documenting their reunion, and rumor has it the band will be filming the show for release in the near future, too! The band

Joining Molly Cliff is Portland's own Tinzen, Honey Dust from the Bay Area and Oregon native, Robert Meade. Tickets are $7 in advance through TicketsWest and $10 at the door. Doors open at 9pm. This show is 21 & over only.

Just noticed & read this old post & bummed about missing it @ the time this took place.
MC was one of few local bands I made significant effort to enjoy live. Lost their CD in a move some years ago & still miss it often. I want it back!!
In fact, I only stumbled upon this post to once again check www for any chance of getting another one.
I hope they’re still back at it or will return again soon.
