Axles of Annihilation vs. Slaughter County Roller Vixens
October 15, 2010, 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm
RCR's Axles of Annihilation battle the Slaughter County Roller Vixens of Kitsap County Washington. The battle takes place at the Hangar at Oaks Park. It's the first of two Rose City Roller bouts this action-packed weekend!
Parking will be free for this event! Please note, sitting alongside the track puts you within feet of the action and places you at higher risk of involvement in a skater collision. Arrive early enough to make seating arrangements you are comfortable with.
General admission tickets are $14.00, Rockstar guaranteed seating is $20.00.
Doors open at 7pm, bout starts at 8pm.

Wheels of Justice vs. Windy City Rollers
October 16, 2010, 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm
RCR's All-Star travelling team, Wheels of Justice, will take on Chicago's Windy City Rollers in a WFTDA sanctioned bout at the Hangar at Oaks Park!  Rose City is ranked #4 in the West, and Windy City is ranked #1 in the North Central region, so this battle will be a telling preview of what to expect from each team at the upcoming National Championship tournament in Chicago.  People, you rarely get a chance to see roller derby played at this level - don't let it slip through your fingers!
Parking will be free for this event! Please note, sitting alongside the track puts you within feet of the action and places you at higher risk of involvement in a skater collision.  Arrive early enough to make seating arrangements you are comfortable with.

I remember watching Roller Ball at my grandma’s house on Saturday night . It was so exciting. Here I am a little younger than my grandma’s age but I can still feel the excitement. It is a sport to watch that translates across the ages. Talk about a good time and fun people watching. I am so there. I would love tickets for Friday night!

Friday night! Tonight! or Saturday will work too. I would love to take my foster teen to see a Bout. I volunteered at the VIP entrance 3 times when I was pregnant and loved it. However I couldn’t enjoy the entire event since I was working it. I didn’t get to go to any Bouts last year due to taking care of a baby. The love watching the Derby Girls and their ruthlessness. If anyone is interested in volunteering at the Bouts, I highly recommend it. It is fun, you get free Voodoo Doughnuts and other food and some people get free beer too. You get a piece of Swag each time too. It is a fun scene. Please hook me up with some tickets. Thanks.

Roller Derby is awesome & fun! I am from Kenai Alaska & for one whole season we had a league, wh/ I attended all of them & had a lot of friends on the league! I wanted to play but had no insurance & I am truly whimpy….well mostly just scared. I admire these tough & rough chicks. I would love it more then anything to be able to check out the city ways of a Roller Derby League!!!!OH and I love me some good beer. Love it more that it’s FREE too.
