i am a huge fan of the HOWL parties and i just moved into a new place with higher rent and which means i can’t afford to go this year unless i win tickets!
October 20, 2010 at 17:57
Halloween is the best time of the year! What good will a piñata costume do me if I can’t get smashed and have a great time? Help me out please, yo.
October 20, 2010 at 18:15
Hey, I think the howlers will appreciate our Die Antwoord costumes. Pick us!
October 20, 2010 at 18:41
What? Where am I? Free stuff?
October 20, 2010 at 19:56
Dancing in crazy costumes, it doesn’t get any better than that (although Cocktail Week sure does rival that). I am told that the HOWL folks put on a great event – I would love to check it out.
October 20, 2010 at 21:05
I love anything and everything that involves Halloween! A party that goes all night would great. Hopefully I can last that long! :)
October 20, 2010 at 22:25
This years lineup looks amazing and it’s a benefit for The City Repair Project. Awesome.
Thanks
October 21, 2010 at 00:19
I’ve never been to HOWL or the venue. I’d love to go but can’t afford it. I’d especially love to hear Plumblyne Live and Solovox and have another excuse to dress up. Not to mention that the City Repair Project is awesome!

October 21, 2010 at 09:42
A friend from Pennsylvania is coming to town and needs convincing that Portland is where she should be…HOWL might be the icing on the cake. I’m told it was pretty fun last year.
October 21, 2010 at 09:48

October 21, 2010 at 15:18
Howl tickets? Free? Yes, please!
October 21, 2010 at 16:00
I would mostly appreciate the tickets. I could save the money I’d spend on tickets and buy the materials for a super, savvy costume. Pick me I’ll show up with my dancin’ shoes on in a ridiculous costume.
October 21, 2010 at 16:13
This sounds like a cool party!
My fiancee and I would love to go!!!
October 21, 2010 at 16:14

October 21, 2010 at 17:17
What does a vampire never order at a restaurant?
A stake sandwich…
What kind of streets do zombies like the best?
Dead ends…
Why did the Vampire subscribe to the PDX pipeline?
He heard it had great circulation…
October 21, 2010 at 17:20
That’s pretty funny!!!
October 21, 2010 at 17:42

I’ve already got the prefunk plans lined up. Just need access to the funk!
October 22, 2010 at 09:41
You can’t have a multi-culti HOWL unless you give tix to the only Bavarian Illuminati Werewolf in Portland. I’m not him but I can turn into him at midnight.
October 22, 2010 at 10:05
I’m am newly single and I need to get out and party more– Unfortunately I’m a broke and it’s almost Halloween. Can you help me out?

October 22, 2010 at 14:37
I would love to go to Howl this year, but the tickets are out of my Halloween budget. It would be cool to win some!
October 22, 2010 at 14:40
I really would love to go,
but I haven’t a job don’t you know.
It’s for City Repair,
I’d love to be there.
But my budget is lower than low!

I love dressing up and this sounds like the perfect venue to do it!
October 22, 2010 at 16:06
starving hysterical naked… well, not really starving but SO hungry for a good party!
October 22, 2010 at 16:14
You know why I need to go to this party? Because last year I got all dressed up for this party; I did my hair up, I made my face up, I donned an awesome costume, I got in the car, we drove halfway there…and my date pulled the car over and said he was too tired to go. And I went home and took my awesome unseen makeup and costume off and pouted FOR A YEAR. And here we are.
October 22, 2010 at 16:49
Cuz I’m a freakin’ monster, and my peoples will be awaiting.
October 22, 2010 at 17:06
My biggest problem with Halloween is that I wear costumes so much during the year, people say my costumes count as regular clothes!
Also…um, free tickets please.
October 23, 2010 at 09:42
First Halloween in Portland – would love to attend this event.
October 23, 2010 at 12:41
Dude! A Halloween all-nighter?! Yes, yes, and…. YES! I want to attend this partay because I really don’t go out in the town enough and this event is definitely my type of fun. I’d love to see the costumes and sport my human eating chicken costume. I hope you guys draw my email!!!!
October 23, 2010 at 12:45
I’m down to go to HOWL because I’m excited about experiencing Halloween on the town in Portland. Hope I get to go! Got a pretty killer Elvis costume too.
October 23, 2010 at 14:21
I LOVE HOWL!! This will our 5th year, it is “the” party for Halloween. The costumes are always off the hook, the people always great… really I can’t think of a reason not to go!
October 23, 2010 at 14:23
My 5th year in a row. This is the sickest party!! Love the costumes, the music and the venue. Howl is my favorite party of the year!
October 24, 2010 at 17:28
My husband and I are in our 2nd year living in PDX. We’re still just meeting people and our only invite so far is for costume-optional beer-pong in Washougal. Please save a few nice burners from such a fate…
October 24, 2010 at 19:21
For 2 years in a roll, my friend ditched me on Halloween (claiming to be too tired). This year has to be different! I want to wear something sexy and dance all night and meet interesting new people!
October 25, 2010 at 13:37
My wife and I are ready for a Howling Good Halloween
October 25, 2010 at 13:46
Halloween is my favorite holiday!
October 25, 2010 at 13:51
I’ve never been to a real Halloween party, would love to make this my first! First Halloween with my girlfriend, great first experience all around.
October 25, 2010 at 13:59
If I get tickets, I will take my roommate Katie Jayne, and she will wear a fuzzy bikini that flashes blue.
October 25, 2010 at 13:59
I would love to be at HOWL and I’ve got a great costume ready to go. Now just need tickets!
October 25, 2010 at 14:18
it would be awesome to get the ticket :)
October 25, 2010 at 19:13
I want to go, I’ve heard this party is amazing! Tickets please yes!
October 28, 2010 at 10:52
I make sexy time at Howl for last three years. My friend would be stoked if I took her. I’ll be looking in the mail tomorrow for the tickets. Oh will call? That’s cool too.
October 28, 2010 at 14:41
[...] HOWL @ Rotture/Branx/Hippohdrome ($30 – one of the largest Halloween parties in the NW. Wear a costume. Plan on dancing till 6am. 3 stages. Tons of performers. Think Burning Man + Rave type of madness) [...]
October 28, 2010 at 17:34
THANK YOU so much for the ticket set!!!!!
Watch for Brangelina…or…devils and say hi. We have to rock-paper-scissors for the final costume decision.
Happy Halloween!
October 29, 2010 at 12:18
That sounds interesting…..I’ll be the moose in the suit–if I pick you, you can, er, “win” whatever you want. That’s a fair offer. Say YES!
October 29, 2010 at 17:22
I’m really new to Portland, but Halloween is my favorite holiday and it would be really great to do something new and exciting!
September 16, 2011 at 14:41
I’m from LA and we know how to party! Show me how it’s done on my first Halloween in PDX! I want those tickets!!
September 23, 2011 at 17:39
Where do you go for amazing music none-stop all night long? Or to see the most interesting display of costumes in the Portland area? Well, PDX is filled with weirdos looking forward to this one day all year, and there are many places to choose from. But from my own personal experience, Howl tops them all! I can’t wait to go again and see giraffes and goblins galore! I have my own hoop business right now and things are kinda economically tight right now, but if a miracle shall occur, my boyfriend and I will blow all your minds with none-stop LED performances all night long. Entertainment baby. You can never have enough circus freaks.
I’m Howlin for Howl!!!
September 26, 2011 at 22:02
Says Friday the 29th…. but the 29th is a Saturday… so which is it… but yeah I’d love tickets!
September 26, 2011 at 22:06
oh this is last year’s :p
September 30, 2011 at 10:41
Woohoo! Can’t wait! It would be so awesome to win tickets!
October 18, 2011 at 10:48
I would LOVE to dance all night, but I’m a college student and would only be able to go if I were to win tickets! I grew up with Ashlands’ Halloween… and would love for Portland to show me what it’s got.
October 18, 2011 at 22:15
I would loooove to win tickets so I can party all night!!
October 19, 2011 at 21:09
Every Howloween this place goes off. Don’t want to miss it!
October 20, 2011 at 13:10
Great line up. Good time, went last year. Comin all the way from Cali to come up to this show, since I’m spending the gas money to get up, would be awesome to get in for free, that way I can give the venue more money for drinks. Probably wouldn’t be purchasing any otherwise.
October 23, 2011 at 13:19
I’ma get my SWERVE ON.
October 23, 2011 at 13:20
I’ma break a HIP!
October 23, 2011 at 15:05
Can’t wait to Howl it up… Circus Style! <3!
October 23, 2011 at 15:07
Love Howl! Would be amazing to score free tickets to this cray cray partay!
October 23, 2011 at 16:00
my lover’s ganna be in town and we’re ganna dance!
October 24, 2011 at 10:59
I’ve never been to HOWL!!! And I am leaving the country after Halloween, this would be the best going-away event EVER. Damn it’ll be a good time…
October 24, 2011 at 15:51
We wanna come from Seattle and HOWLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL with all you cool portland wolves…
