I love the Posies, while my wife claims to have never heard of them. However, this morning (completely out of the blue) she asked me if I knew who they were, and if she would like them. Of course I said “YES!”.

I too “Dream All Day” of hearing Jon Auer and Ken Stringfellow singing their amazing pop songs. It would be an “Amazing Disgrace” to “Throwaway” these tickets and not give them to someone who would really appreciate them. I really hope they play Big Star’s “13″.

Brendan Benson has been a family favorite for about 15 years. I remember a Portland house party he played years ago, with the bathtub acting as a cooler to hold cans of PBR, and Brendan taking requests from the crowd. I have seen BB every time he comes to PDX, but this time my poor self on a severely cut elementary school teacher’s salary just can’t afford it… Please help a superfan out! BB needs to see me in the front row like always!!!!!!
