Amy Schumer is one of the fastest rising comics on the scene and is now bringing her talents to Fuse as the co-host of "A Different Spin with Mark Hoppus," a new weekly show covering everything in the world of music.
Amy has performed on "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" and "John Oliver's New York Stand-Up Show." She has also appeared on "The Ellen DeGeneres show," where Ellen was quoted as saying “Amy is one of my favorites, I expect to see big things from this girl.”
Amy has just come off a guest-starring role opposite Larry David on "Curb Your Enthusiasm" and has appeared on NBC's “30 Rock” as well as ABC's “Cupid." She made her network debut on NBC's "Last Comic Standing" and appears regularly on MTV and VH-1 shows such as "Best Week Ever" and "I love the 80s."
Amy was selected for the 2007 Montreal Just For Laughs Festival in the “New Faces” category. She has also appeared on Comedy Central's "Live At Gotham" and co-starred in the series, “Reality Bites Back." She served as host of the game show “BFF” on MySpace video and can be found weekly in any number of comedy clubs in New York City or headlining clubs or colleges around the country.
She is a graduate of the William Esper studio.

Loved her in “Reality Bites Back” and if I could go it would make this week my Best Week Ever. I would like to go to the 7:30pm show on Saturday and will need an extra ticket for my date (hope my wife doesn’t mind). Helium is great, the venue is never empty or overcrowded. The comics are always quality, and they use at least one local comic for warmups when ever possible, plus they have a great open mic every week that gives local talent some extra mic time. The food is excellent and they have added more staff, which they seemed a little short on when they first opened.

My husband broke his femur over Memorial Day weekend. After multiple surgeries and physical therapy, he is still recovering. Two weeks ago, he was in a car accident and his head went through the windshield. 7 stitches and a concussion later, and he could REALLY use a good laugh. Amy Schumer was his very favorite on Last Comic Standing!!!
The Holidays are in full swing, help my hubby laugh!! Laughter is the best medicine!!
