this looks awesome! I have no horrid valentine stories but I would love to laugh at other people’s…
January 21, 2011 at 09:23
Valentine’s Day is all about hardcore embarrassment…or maybe that’s just me. Either way, I’m hoping to take a special someone to this show, and if that doesn’t work out…an asian body pillow.

January 21, 2011 at 12:17
I can’t think of a better way to observe Valentine’s Day than with stories of pain and humiliation.
January 21, 2011 at 12:23
I love mortified so much! This would be an amazing event to take my sweetie to… so we can huddle together in our little love bubble and laugh at all the sorry saps on stage. ;)
January 21, 2011 at 12:26
To quote myself:

Why I Want to go to Mortified, a Haiku:

As hard as an awkward date

January 21, 2011 at 15:39

January 21, 2011 at 16:05
my life is a mortified valentine. it would be great to deal with this day with others that have been there.
January 21, 2011 at 16:59
Having suffered through my own series of mortifying adolescent events (like when I was 13 and wore my first two piece to the water park – I started out at the top of the water slide with a full bathing suit and ended up at the bottom with only half…in front of hundreds of 12-25 year olds) I want to share others’ pain! Also, I’m a sucker for good stories. People are fascinating. Pick me?
January 21, 2011 at 17:22
Yes please! Mortified is the best idea ever and I really wish I had kept all of my old middle school diaries so that I could participate! Would LOVE to see the Valentines Day Special!
January 21, 2011 at 17:32

January 21, 2011 at 22:49

January 22, 2011 at 01:34
Valentines Day of yesteryear.
I flew him in from SLC, we were in love. I was mortified to find that someone else had eaten his candy and they still had the box. The few selections that remained were not enough to support this cavity of intention. He loves me not.
January 22, 2011 at 08:01
because there’s nothing more romantic than somebody else’s embarrassment.
January 22, 2011 at 10:05
sounds like fun
January 22, 2011 at 13:44
I’d love to go because I believe this show was based on my life…
January 22, 2011 at 17:15
Because I need to know that I am not the only one!
January 22, 2011 at 22:32
I have a girl friend and no money to take her anywhere nice, so this would be quite a treat for us. It would also let me know that others have mortifying things happen to them too, as I have had my share of mortifying dates.
January 23, 2011 at 18:32
I have not been to anything like that. I would enjoy it
January 23, 2011 at 18:47
For a wonderful night of laughs with the boyfriend :]
January 24, 2011 at 08:12

January 25, 2011 at 09:22
I think it would be great to do something different for Vday this year. I would like to check it out.
January 26, 2011 at 18:09
I was “mortified” over Christmas and have just come to terms with it…I am now single (yea!) and able to laugh about it!
January 28, 2011 at 23:08
Good goddess! I want to go because it would be really refreshing to hear about folks who are at least as awkward, if not more so, than I am when it comes to attraction and dating. And I think I could score a date with free tickets. Valentine’s Day proper I’ll be spending the evening with my Mom for the first time in nearly a year.
January 29, 2011 at 17:08
I was mortified in 2006 when, after booking a non-refundable romantic dinner and stay at a cabin in the mountains with two tickets to Meadows, an upcoming court date was moved to Valentines day and the guy I was dating and going to suprise was out of town! So much for Valentines Day that year!!
So, in my attempt to have another great Valentines day… I would love to have tickets to this event!! :-) <3 <3<3 I won't give up on romance !!
January 30, 2011 at 00:43
What’s more mortifying than being new in town on valentine’s day?
January 31, 2011 at 20:07
Sounds like a great show!

February 7, 2011 at 19:10
Nothing like winning free tickets and hearing a few good stories.
February 7, 2011 at 21:10
