------------------------
The Blazers face the Charlotte Bobcats tonight at the Rose Garden. The Bobcats are fresh off a 92-84 loss in Los Angeles to the Lakers last night.
The Bobcats (26-35) will be playing against Gerald Wallace for the first time tonight, who spent the last 6 years as their marquee player. It will be interesting to see how this motivates both Wallace and the Bobcats tonight.
The Bobcats on paper:
Starting five: Stephen Jackson, Boris Diaw, Kwame Brown, Gerald Henderson, D.J. Augustin
Off the bench: Eduardo Najera, Joel Pryzbilla, Matt Carroll, Dominic McGuire, Shaun Livingston, D.J. White, Dante Cunningham
MISCELLANEOUS NOTES
Brandon Roy can now play up to 25 minutes per game and will now be able to play in back-to-back contests.
STRATEGY
Unfortunatelyfor the Bobcats, they start Kwame Brown at center. That's pretty much all you need to know from a strategy standpoint. Avoid turnovers, don't give up easy baskets and get to foul line and the Blazers win going away.
LET'S GET RICH
To date: 26-21-2
Blazers -10.5. The Bobcats are coming of a loss to the Lakers, I don't see them getting up for this game.

BOTTOM LINE
Las Vegas thinks this should be a pretty lopsided game setting the line spread at the Blazers -10.5. The Blazers, Suns and Rockets are all battling for a playoff birth right now. They cannot afford to lose these games against the basement dwellers of the NBA. Take care of business tonight before this difficult 4 game road trip that features three eastern conference playoff teams.
