I’m on the fence about learning the sport and would love to see it in person. I’d also love to be able to take my daughter, to reassure her that no one actually gets killed during these bouts. :)

I have always wanted to attend a roller derby. It think it sounds like so much fun. My boyfriend broke his leg a few weeks ago and this sounds like a great activity for us to do while he can stay seated :) Thanks!

Parkas are frozen, it’s an effort to even move my arms in this beautiful unexplored and treacherous wasteland of white snow-covered plains and ice. Fishing has produced little food and my men are starting to hallucinate, seeing visions of home through wisps of snow, shadows, nothing more. But they’re really into roller derby and I like, totally know that like, they would be like really into it, like fer surrrrrrrrre.

I just moved from alaska and this last summer I practiced with the fairbanks rollergirls team. I have yet to see the local portland team in person! I showed up to one of their bouts back in october, and totally didn’t think twice that the tickets might be sold out! I love this sport through and through and I would love to see how much ass these girls can kick!!!!
