Keyboardist/composer Ben Darwish has compiled an All-Star 10-piece band for a funk-filled evening of afrobeat, jazz, latin and some ridiculous mash-ups that highlight the dexterity and general awesomeness of the players involved. Soul chanteuse Reva Devito and Jans Ingber kick the night off on the early side!
In addition to the new dance-heavy originals, we’re mashing up songs from Talking Heads, Fela Kuti, Charles Mingus, Michael Jackson, and so much more! See you there!!!
We’ve also wrote a song and created a new drink! The Sippy Cup Surprise, has a chocolatey-rich flavor that’ll keep you buzzin’ all night. Served exclusively at the show in our own COMMOTION sippy cups!
