Another weekend in Portland, another excuse for a big ol’ party in the street. The 2011 Kenton Street Fair will be held this Sunday, May 22 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. in the heart of the downtown Kenton commercial district on N. Denver Avenue between N. Schofield & N. Willis.

May 22, 2011 marks the date for the Second Annual Kenton Street Fair! Join us in celebrating the amazingly diverse and wonderful neighborhood that we all love! The Kenton Street Fair is an annual event bringing together local community, PDX family and more for a day of celebration of local history and future achievements.

This year, KBOO is sponsoring an all-day line-up of local music for the street fair, with groups such as The Reservations, Carolina Pump Station, the BrassRoots Movement and many more.

COASTER CAR EXHIBITION
Last year’s coaster car exhibition was so fun that this year we’re getting the word out earlier to make it a real race! We’re limiting entries to 10 total cars, so contact us right away if you are interested in participating!
