Tickets are $30 now or $35 at the door.

Beer is, approximately, my favorite thing. Followed shortly by safari animals. I wish I was kidding. (Okay dinosaurs may top safari animals, but I can’t very well see them.)
More than that, as I’m taking the LSAT next week with one of my good friends, we could both undeniably use the stress relief, and as much as we want to go to this, we decided we can’t really afford to go. We also cross-our-hearts promise not to try to steal any animals.

I simply must go because the zoo is the happiest place on earth, and in combination with local brews AND music… it’ll be amazing times infinity. I desperately want/need/desire/wish to win these tickets because am an oh-so-poor recent college grad and while I know that the proceeds go to a GREAT cause, I am not sure that I can afford to attend.

Summer has come and past many times before and every year I have missed the concerts at the Zoo, the Zoo lights, one event after another has passed and left me sad and mad for missing the fun.
Finally I have a chance to make it to this great event, music and bear tasting, what a perfect combination.

First off, I haven’t been to the zoo since I was about 10 years old. I’m now 25, which translates to a 15 year zoo withdrawal. I also have never been to the Oregon Zoo. I can’t imagine a better way to end my 15 year zoo separation with over 20 breweries and an amazing souvenir zoo brew mug. Basically, free tickets to this event would be the perfect ingredient for my life, and an amazing Friday night with beer and zoo animals!
