He’s so funny and irreverent, in fact, that he was recently handpicked by Conan O’Brien to open nightly on Conan’s entire North American “Prohibted From Being Funny on Television” tour.

Reggie had a few minutes to talk about why Portland is a near-perfect city with PDX Pipeline as he prepares to play Helium Comedy Club this week.
