Wieden+Kennedy is pleased to host a live, intimate gallery performance by Daniel Johnston on Thursday, August 25, from 6:00 - 6:30 pm.
Daniel Johnston - singer, songwriter, musician and artist - has spent the last 30-years exposing his heartrending talks of unrequited love, cosmic mishaps and existential torment to an ever-growing international audience.
The performance is free and open to the public, and celebrates the culmination of the month-long Daniel Johnston Art Show, ¬Å“Space Ducks: An Infinite Comic Book of Musical Greatness,¬Â which includes work from his upcoming comic graphic novel comic book as well as selections of his most popular previous work.
The gallery performance also coincides with the re-launch of Daniel Johnston's popular hihowareyou.com website, produced byWieden+ Kennedy Entertainment.
We encourage anyone to come early to view the gallery, followed by the performance. Hope to see you here!
We are less than two weeks away from college football season, and Comcast started their Oregon Ducks football coverage this morning with a replay of the 2010 beat-down against the “mighty” Washington State Cougars (final score 43-23).
We posted a couple weeks back where to watch the September 3rd Oregon Ducks vs LSU Tigers game online and in Portland, and below is information on where to watch every game from last season, plus specials to get you ready for this season.
Beavers, don’t get upset…I went to Portland State (defeated 69-0 last year by the Ducks). ;)
