On this downtown waterfront walk, we tour the largest mechanical structures in Oregon. We will begin our walk at the corner of NW 2nd & Everett, on the covered steps of the NW Natural Building.
From there, we'll visit bridge museum, meet a bridge operator, and test for synchronous vertical excitation. We'll end our walk with a no-host family-style lunch in Chinatown (extra $). We'll do about a mile of walking, crossing at least three bridges, and seeing about ten in all. Walks are ADA accessible.
