Labor Day Weekend Bacon, Arts and Cupcake Festival

CHAP invites the world to an art and food filled weekend to honor Austin Winters and Luke Jensen, creators of Bacon Boy and Sinister Sauce. Both of these young boys bravely battled Leukemia till the end of their short but brilliant lives. Please come and help us celebrate their lives through the art they created.
Oregon Culinary Institute in partnership with KitchenCru will be hosting the CHAP Bacon Bar and the world premier of Katelynn (sister of Austin) and Tori’s (Sister of Luke) CupCakePalace. Come and feast at our Bacon Bar, including the CHAPwich and classic BLT served between slices of Grand Central Brioche, cupcakes galore from Cup Cake Jones, Oregon Culinary Institute CupCakeTeam, Voodoo Doughnuts treats and vegan miracles from Petunia’s. Guest Artists…. Elements Glass will be presenting a glass blowing demonstrations daily. CHAP printing team will be silk screening T’s while the kiddos paint up the CHAPmobile with another layer of art passion and chaos.
Come shop at the VERY DISCOUNTED CHAP POPUP SHOP on the corner of Everett and North Park…across the street from our food and art festival….tons…literally tons of Nike, Adidas, Columbia and Lucy clothing is currently being unpacked, branded and priced for our super sale. Come and meet Austin and Luke’s families as CHAP celebrates the creative genius, love and humor of our buddies Austin and Luke.
100% of the profits of this weekend event will fund CHAP’s mission the bring the healing power of art to children and their families in crisis.
