Portland’s festival season is not over yet as 60th Annual Portland Greek Festival is this weekend @ Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church on NE 31st and Glisan. It is truly is on the best festivals of the year. Great food, great entertainment, 15,000+ attendees, and sun at least for the first day!

Shortly after Mark befriended Derrick Carter in 1988 at a record store in Chicago, his passion for House music, and sharing it with the world, exploded. Mark experimented with a deeper style, dropping De La Soul, disco classics and other stuff that wasn't being played in the main rooms of nightclubs.

While exploring his love for the purist forms of House Music, Mark developed his trademark style: Mushroom Jazz; acid jazz infused with the West Coast's jazzy, organic productions along with urban beats. The Goodfoot will have an art opening last Thursday, Sep 29th from 5-12. Show will be up until Oct. 25th. This months show is called “88 strong”, 88 artists, doing (8) 8×8 inch panels, from 88 themes. All art is $50. This will be a cash and carry show, take it right off the wall.

Because of the vastness of this show and it bein’ cash and carry, we most likely won’t be puttin’ everything for sale online but you can always email for availability.
