Walking Dead Episode 2.2: “Bloodletting” - Rick possibly stumbles upon another safe spot while attempting to come to the aid of someone in danger. Meanwhile, Shane heads off on a mission for much-needed medical supplies.

Walking Dead 2.4 (Nov 6): ”Cherokee Rose” – Shane’s sacrifice leads to strange behavior, while the rest of the group contemplate the fine line between living and dying

Walking Dead 2.5 (Nov 13): “Chupacabra” – While searching the woods for clues, Daryl is seriously injured and set upon by walkers. Meanwhile, Rick second-guesses himself; and Glenn believes he’s getting positive signals from Maggie, but then isn’t so sure.

Walking Dead 2.5 (Nov 20): ”Secrets” Glenn tries to keep two secrets, Andrea discovers a new skill and is forced to put it to the test in a life and death situation. Rick learns something he didn’t know about someone close to him.

Walking Dead 2.7 (November 27): ”Pretty Much Dead Already” – A grave threat rears its head from a surpass source; Rick and Hershel work together to avoid a dire situation; a Dale has it out with Shane.

Featuring Bollywood zombie dance performances from Seattle’s Bollywood Project! They have spent months perfecting a series of Bollywood dances taking the audience from the sixties to the present day with a zombie twist!

And a desi tribute to Michael Jackson’s “Thriller!” They are hoping to “shock and scare the audience!”

In addition Anjali and The Kid’s ninth annual Bollywood Horror spectacular will feature a costume contest hosted by Anjali with cash and prizes for the best costumes, specially-commissioned psychedelic Bollywood Horror visuals remixed by Deai from Anjali and The Kid’s vault of South Asian horror, and only the wickedest beats from the subcontinent: cower at the thundering dhols, shiver at the piercing wails of Bollywood divas.

Once again, Portland has several Dia de los Muertos / Day of the Dead events this year including the fourth parade, altar build, and celebration in downtown and Old Town.

Downtown parade, Sugar Skulls and Altars, cultural music performances for Day of the Dead!

A series of fun and FREE community events!

Dia De Los Muertos celebrations in Mexico fall in the first day or two of November, but the folks at Old Town Creative have chosen the day before Halloween for their downtown parade and party, in hopes that children will use the parade as a test drive for their halloween costumes!

The festivities actually begin on the afternoon of Saturday the 29th, with an all ages community Altar Build. Altar building is a tradition in which people bring decorations and items and photographs which represent loved ones who have passed, and arrange the items in artistic installations in their memory.
