Paintballing is a great solution for the need to get outdoors and “shoot” away any frustrations you have. I am currently frustrated with being unemployed and would excite in getting the chance to have fun again!
I played 16 years ago with my church youth group in the woods. Not the same place, but our retreat center was in Molala! A very fun time
