Highlighting 6 awesome groups to help Art Spark ring in the New Year! 100th Monkey Studio, IPRC (Independent Publishing Resource Center), Colored Pencils Art and Culture Council, Em Space, Crow Arts Manor and Portland Women’s Film Festival. Wow what a line up!
