Paula Poundstone is the star of NPR’s “Wait Wait¬Â¦Don’t Tell ME” and HBO comedy specials. See why everyone is saying she is the funniest standup comic working today!
“At the top of her game” raved the Boston Globe about Paula Poundstone in performance. Little wonder – Poundstone can regale and audience for several hours with her distinctive brand of wry, intelligent and witty comedy.
Paula is playing TWO back-to-back shows at the Aladdin Theater this Saturday night and while the first show is sold out, you can still get tickets to the second show (9:30 PM) HERE!

I need a good laugh!!! Would love to see this funny lady at an awesome venue. Thank you in advance!
Wait! Wait! Don’t start the show without us!!! We’d love to go.
Love hearing her on Wait Wait!
She’s great! Tons of laughs.
I would ADORE being able to see Ms. Poundstone live. Been a fan since the 90′s.
Pick me, pick me. I love her best!
Paula Poundstone is hands down my favorite comedian named Paula Poundstone EVER!
Love Paula and the library (who are benefactors of the show)!
GOTTA SEE PAULA!!!!
this would be a true larger than life itself experience, Paul Pondstone LIVE at the Alladin theater, I wonder if she is aware of the history of the venue? But, really thats just a thought, I am getting to the point and the point is (drum roll Please) I NEED A LAUGH and tickets!!! So whatcha gonna do? PICK ME and you will have very good luck too.
Need a laugh and live down the street from the Aladdin…Best way to end the week is laughing.
I love Paula. I’ve been a fan since The Paula Poundstone Show which I use to have on tape but the tape got destroyed by a mysterious white mold. I had the Fall Preview of TV Guide with its detailed listings preview page stapled to my bedroom wall along with a number other programs from that season. I was an odd kid.
We’d love to go because we have six kids and could use not only a date night, but a HILARIOUS date night!
This would be fantastic to see! I’m such a fan, but can’t afford the tickets. I’ve also never seen a show at the Aladdin, and what a great show to see!
have been a fan for years but never seen her live would love to go and take my adult son who just moved back here from Kans city,MO
I haven’t seen a good comedy show in years! And what a historic venue!

My husband and I would love a nice night full of laughs!
It would be a sin for a native Portlandian to miss Paula’s show.
I’d like to win so I can.take my grouchy husband and she can make him laugh! Then I think he’d be in a better mood and I might get lucky! She could make reference to the.origins of the venue. That IS where deep throat was shown for years does she know that.? LOL
I have never seen an NPR show
I would love a final hilarious adult night out before our baby comes in a couple weeks!
give me some new experiences
NPR!!!!
Can I take my lady friend?
I can’t afford tickets. Rock my weekend!
What a smart, funny lady. Would love to laugh with her.

This would be such an excellent early Valentine’s gift for my partner! We love PP on Wait! Wait! Thanks for the chance to win.
I love Paula on NPR, but I honestly know her first as Brendan Small’s mom on Home Movies (Cartoon Network’s Adult Swim). Kinda obscure part of her career to hold on to, but for some reason I will always think of her as Paula Small first. It would be awesome to see her in person after listening to her for years.
She is frickin Hilarious!!!!!!
she’s a riot! the 28th is my boyfriends birthday, give us tickets please!!!
Wait , Wait I know the answer to this question!! No I guess I don’t.
Peole need to be smart on this NPR show and Paula adds more since she is also funny (unlike me at times.). So maybe I could learn to be funnier if I can see her this weekend. Pleaseeeeeeee?
I am SUCH a huge fan. I’m moving on Sunday, so getting out on Saturday and de-stressing via humor is just what I need! Thanks. :-)

She’s funnier and more interesting than I.
She’s funnier and more interesting than most everybody!
Because she is SO much funnier and smarter than that Amy chick who fills in for her on wait, wait…we need a Paula fix to get us through all her NPR absences.
i love her!!
I’ve been a fan for decades! Yep, that is how long she has been making me laugh.
