Million Dollar Ballers makes limited edition retro sports shirts with a 1980 sweet spot. The brand pays homage to legendary players and teams from the 1960s to 1990s. From the hairstyle to the typeface to the distressing, every design represents a moment in sports history.

I was in love with the jail blazer era! Finally some players who didn’t care that their pot habits were as big of a deal as playing basketball. I had a profound disrespect for Wallace, where one time he “blazed” by me on I-5 going 100+ mph in his yellow Hummer, most likely returnig to PDX from the Seattle party scene. I will proudly don the jail blazers shirt even at the current trail blazers games!!!

  15. Heather February 23, 2012 at 12:46 #

  26. Mercy Mercy Jerome Kersey February 23, 2012 at 17:13 #

I’d like this t-shirt because Portland is the undisputed number one best place in the world, with the number one undisputed best basketball team in the world, who have been the love of my life since I was 5 years old. I mean I think I still have those Franz bread cards for the entire 89-90 team. When I was six and saw Hakeem Olajuwon at PDX, my mother had to force me to take off my Blazers hat before I spoke to him. I did not appreciate this. I wanted him to remember who had just shamed him.

  27. Cory Shird February 23, 2012 at 17:30 #

    J.R. Rider!!!!!!!!!

  28. Donny February 23, 2012 at 18:00 #

I’m a die-hard fan and can honestly say that winning this shirt would be the BEST thing that materialized out of the Jail Blazer era. #ripcity

  38. Jason Barton February 24, 2012 at 00:42 #

Where do I start with our wonderful Blazers? I know….. I just watched the interview with this guy. “When will Portland get lucky” Its not a matter of luck people. Its a mattter of getting rid of our coach and most of our injury prone players..*cough* Oden *cough* Must I say also we need to get rid of our scouting couch? Who the hell did they hire a teenager. Lets see Oden was injury prone in college and wow shock me shcok me. 1st year as a Blazer Injury! I saw that one coming a thousand miles away. Then we get a “former” all-star who last year averaged 2 pts a game and 1 block. What the hell, are we trying to set a world record for worst team ever? Do we want a title? It don’t seem so. Its the same every year people! 1st half of the season we rock 1st or second place then major collapse. First to worst. Everyone seems shocked. We chant Rip City, Uprising Blazers rock! Then next we have tears in our eyes as we shake our heads. We go poor us, what happened, what did we do to deserve this. When ever we win they point out what a great job they did, the hustle of team, the unity. When we lose its the same excuse over and over again. Its like listening to a broken record. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over expecting different results. That makes the coach and the Blazers the most insane team in the NBA and not in a good way. I said this at the begining of the season in 2010. Rip City? More like Choke City. Every one hated me and said I was being to cynical. What do you know in Fidays paper February 17, 2012 my words I said in 2010 were plastered all over the Front of the sports page. For once people eyes were opened and realized we suck. This I know won’t last for long. We will get a few wins and eyes will close. I saw tonights game and 7 pts in the 1st quarter. yes you heard me right 7 pts. With this type of game play we have the NBA Title is all ours this year or maybe in the year…..wait when does hell excatly freeze over? Just want to get the date right. I would wear this shirt with pride! It would match my opinion and disgust with the Blazers. Thank you.

  39. Eric February 24, 2012 at 00:52 #

I’d love a Jail Blazers shirt. Brings me back to the old days of JR Rider and Rasweed Wallace. I could walk around Portland in it and using a playing card as my ID Quintel woods style.

  40. Hollywood Steve February 24, 2012 at 05:34 #

As a basketball junkie my whole life, imagine my surprise to find a half empty Rose Garden at Blazer games when I moved to Portland from Austin in 2005. Sweeet! A $5 ticket (practically giving ‘em away) bought me free passage to an empty 6th row to fill my basektball Jones. Why? Portland had collectively turned their backs on the Blazers because of a few “misdeeds”, giving me easy access to watch the team I had grown to love in their ’77 championship season. Having lived through and loved the old ABA, where it was nothing for players to shoot a gun in the locker room over a table filled with coke (see Jackie Moon and Google Bad News Barnes) and for fans to dump a monster bowl of guacamole over the opposing coach, this endeared me to the Blazers even more – a love that continues today. Help me show my love by proudly wearing this shirt.

  41. Michael Nomura February 24, 2012 at 12:41 #

Bring back the hayday Jail Blazers instant classic. Go Blazers! Rose Garden swag

  42. Dal February 24, 2012 at 19:39 #

To surprise the life long Blazer fan in the family, my son n law! He would love it!

  43. Dal February 24, 2012 at 20:00 #

Gain major points with the Blazer fan in the family!!

  44. Kim February 25, 2012 at 21:24 #

Rip city rocks my socks off, makes my nockers taut. give me the t-shirt, why the hell not?

  45. Rachel February 25, 2012 at 21:31 #

    My nephew worships the Blazers.

  46. Mike Ellis February 26, 2012 at 18:05 #

I should win this shirt because Ruben Patterson may have touched me in my swimsuit area.

  47. Charlie February 27, 2012 at 12:01 #

I’d want to see Rasheed Wallace just to stare at that spot in his hair

  48. Paul Liebergot February 28, 2012 at 10:49 #

This would be my first blazers shirt. I just moved to Portland from Cali so it would be cool to have a retro shirt be the first.

  49. Scott March 1, 2012 at 18:47 #

This shirt goes with my Duke Lacrosse jacket.

  50. Sam September 12, 2012 at 13:25 #

Because I live in LA and the Lakers smell bad.
