Kevin Pollak has captured the attention of audiences worldwide with his range of both dramatic and comedic roles. He has appeared in over sixty films, as well as countless television projects, and has established himself as one of the few stand-up comedians to have a successful dramatic film career. In addition to his acting talents, he has also proven himself as both a writer, producer and recently a director and a talk show host.
Pollak first started performing stand-up comedy at the age of ten. He became a touring professional stand-up at age twenty. In 1988, shortly after Kevin shot his first HBO stand-up special, he landed a role in “Willow,” directed by Ron Howard and produced by George Lucas. In 1989, he got his first dramatic acting role in Barry Levinson's “Avalon”, but it was Pollak's role in Rob Reiner's “A Few Good Men,¬Â opposite Tom Cruise, Jack Nicholson and Demi Moore, that proved his ability to stand out while sharing the big screen with dramatic heavyweights.

I work at a care home in which I worked 96 hours last week and 68 hours this week. I am saving up to go and see my daughter, but can really use the time off. I am a huge fan and really want to see him at my favorite venue in Portland. I’d like to be able to have the sat 7pm tickets since I work graveyard that night : )

I’d love to see Kevin Pollack Saturday night at 7pm. The Usual Suspects is my favorite movie of all time and I loved him in it.
Kevin Pollak has been one of those recognizable faces that I can never really put a name to until now. This guy has made me laugh on The Drew Carey Show when it was around, and his roll in Red State his role was enjoyable to watch. If I could see Mr. Pollak performing, I’d like to see him on Friday, as it would be not only enjoyable but a great way to finish Spring Break before the weekend.
I don’t care which show I go to, but I’d just love to go!! I have 5 children, work full time and don’t get to go out much. Mainly because I can’t really afford to spend money on anything other than my kids!! Please, pick me, pick me!!!
I’d love to go see the Thursday 8pm show. Kevin Pollak is hilarious! I should win because I’m not affraid to admit that my favorite movie that he’s in is House Arrest… Yeah that’s right… I said it! House Arrest! BOOM!!

Hey PDX Pipeline. Thanks for reminding us what a fun city we live in! And Helium Comedy Club takes PDX fun to higher giddier heights than we’ve ever had. I would love to get a huff of this fun for Thursday night (although any show is cool.) And I would love to see Kevin’s Shatner impersonation…that’s right up there with cowbell and peanuts and Depeche Mode. I just can’t get enough.

This would be the PERFECT congrats to my better half who just received a huge promotion yesterday! He has spent the past 3 months working so hard that we have rarely even had the chance to have a “date” night together. I’ve done my best to be understanding and it’s paid off however, I still struggle getting him away. He LOVES comedy and he wouldn’t have a choice if we won tickets but to enjoy a nice evening out. Last summer we went to a show at that other comedy shop across town that we won’t mention. He enjoyed it, but I would love to be able to tell/show him how much better Helium Comedy Club is!!! I would go “The Whole Nine Yards” to see Kevin Pollak. Of course, there might be a “Deterrence,” to be one of the “Few Good (Wo) Men who get to see him. But I, being the “Willow(y)” woman that I am, would find this to be an great way to “End Of (My) Days” on Thursday and Friday if I found out that I had won tickets to see this great actor, director, and stand-up comedian!!!

Just looking at this guy makes me laugh! Was tremendous on Drew Carey and really liked his work on “Willow”. Surprised he is at Helium instead of another venue, but the club is perfect for stand up – and Pollak is a “stand up” kind of guy.

I really want to see some comedy on mushrooms! Two guys gave me an my friends a 2 hour improv comedy show onetime while we we on them and to this day it was one of my funniest moments of my life, and that was 14 years ago. I am in desperate need of a good laugh this weekend. Let me tell you why. I work at the Boys and Girls club in N. Portland and all week long I have been working to give them a fun filled spring break. The worst part is coming home to see all of my college friends enjoying their spring break at the beach.
