PDX Zombie Prom 5 “Night At the O-scares” is on its way! A night fright to remember! PDX Zombie prom ambles into a new year; this year’s theme is old Hollywood. It’s where the dead rise again to claim that Oscar they never received to fight to keep the one they did win… others just want your brains!
We are honored to have The Back Alley Barber’s for our live band this year Burlesque dancers, photographers, vendors, live DJs and a costume contest. PDX Zombie Prom allows all zombies in as they were turned, you just scamper on down to the door however you were when you were bitten and let the brain munching good times begin! PDX Zombie Prom Is a 21 and over event that is happening Saturday May 26th starting at 8:00pm at the Bossanova Ballroom!

I was homeschooled and didn’t have a prom, so it would be terrific to go to this one. Well, I did dress up the family cats in very nice miniature gowns and paid my Uncle Jarvis $4 and a sixer of Keystone to play his fiddle for us under the big oak in the back yard one spring evening, but we called it something else.
Anyway…zombies?!

The zombie prom is something I have been looking forward to. I want to go so bad but something came up and now have no money to go. Seeing it here to win is a sign that I’m supposed to be there. I do the zombie walk every year and I have full zombie knowledge. Old Hollywood is even better. Just my theme and I got my outfit all set up. Please pick me to win and I will raise some dead.
I want to go because I’ll be bringing my little cousin, who’s 22nd birthday is this week, and she’s visiting from Truckee, CA! I am not cool enough to have gone full Zombie before. I have, however, done the old hollywood glam thing and would love to kill it with the zombie stage makeup. What an opportunity to bust out years of theater skills to look undead- awww yeah!

I really want to take my boyfriend out; It’s our anniversary weekend. He took me to see Evil Dead the Musical last year with seats in the splatter zone. We spent a lovely night kissing and groping each others sticky, blood-soaked bodies, and I’d like a repeat.
