Join us at our Portland Winery and try any of our wines you’d like! $15 admission includes a tasting of up to 14 wines, appetizers, live music, and a logo glass. We’ll be open extended hours- 11am – 9pm Friday, 11am – 7pm Saturday and Sunday, 11am – 6pm Monday. We’ll also be featuring rustic yard sculptures from Terry Powers and gorgeous glass artwork from Imperial Glassworks.

I would totally love to win (how’s that for Valley Girl speak?). The cool thing is, I could get plastered and walk home from Hip Chicks Do Wine. It’s about 2 miles from my digs in Woodstock. The last time I was there was the summer of 2010. Got some of their pinot and rose for a picnic concert with friends and it was all so yummy. I have been wanting to go back for an event like this ever since. I am a very hippy dippy hip chick, as is my wine enthusiast friend Linda, and we would Memorialize this event in a highly social mediatastic way; yelping, tweeting, blogging, foursquaring, and maybe even instagramming with a little help from some new found saucy Hip Chick friends. Ever since I was introduced to Hip Chicks three years ago, they become my favorite winery ever since…It would be great to sample their new wines for the season.
My friend and I are big wine lovers… but the economy has put a dent in our wine tasting abilities. I was introduced to Hip Chicks at The Bite of Portland about 6 years ago and instantly fell in love. I even bought two Wine Hottie glasses. Unfortunately, one of my wine hottie friends absconded with the half of my perfectly paired set. I would love to finally come see the winery, taste some lovely wine, and find a new partner for my lonely little glass.

I just tried Hip Chicks wine at the Pelican Winery in Tillamook this last weekend! Mermorial day is my birthday and some friend and I have been trying to plan a wine tasting event this weekend.
