This is an amazing beer festival, but just a little too expensive for justify spending the money on.

This is one of my most favorite beer festival. Great variety of beers, awesome weather, great atmosphere. I’ve taken my out of town guests and they look forward to coming to Portland just to visit the festival. Hope I win these tickets :)

Studying at LC in SW Portland, my roommate and I regularly stock up on a variety of 22oz bottles. We go to Johns Market because they have the best selection of new local and global beers. We always get different, new beers to share with each other. If we win tickets, we can finally leave our grungy apartment and enjoy some delicious beer in the sunshine!

HUGE fan of complex beers, and this festival brings rare brews from around the world that we would have a hard time tasting here in PDX otherwise. So very excited for the festival, but it’s much more expensive than the others so I rarely go. Would love tickets! Thanks for offering.

Excellente!!! I would be so stoked to win these tickets. My b/f and I work hard and never really get a chance or can afford to go to events like this and it would be a special treat. He loves imported/international beer and is always looking for new ones in the store. Oh wow, thanks for the chance to win! We’ve been to this festival once before, and have determined it is the best of our many, many festivals. Great location, chill crowd, excellent brews (local as well as imported)… I personally enjoy trying the ciders and beers I just can’t buy a whole bottle of (due to also wanting $$ for food/mortgage/etc.).
The lack of other brewfest “woo!” crowds + fancy pants beer + still serving up tasters in _glass_ glasses = great experience!

This summer my husband and I will celebrate our son’s first birthday. This means a year of poopy diapers, sleepless nights, and drinking amazing local beers in the middle of the night, when he is asleep and we can be grown ups. For his birthday, give him happy parents. We’d love the day to discover new brews and act like adults during daylight hours :)

I would totally appreciate these tickets. I volunteer at the beer fests all over Portland because I love beer and festivals but have a very limited budget. I have for three years in a row tried to get on the PIB volunteer staff but those choice spots are hard to come by since most vollies return year after year. It feels very morbid and against my gentle humanitarian nature to be hoping someone dies so I can get their coveted PIB volunteer spot and attend the festivities. Please help save my soul. The thirst is making me depraved.
