Ladies and Gentlemen! Boys and Girls! Children of all ages! The circus is coming to town...and the trees!
Anything can happen! This old-world style circus event will have audience members sitting on the edge of their seats, hovering in the corners of their minds, and wondering why they’ve never ventured out before to see this amazing tree-topped, star-soaked, master-minded creation!
Jaws will drop with the trapeze, crowds will roar for the lion in a cage, and many memories will be made of the mime on a mop! These and many more awe-inspired acts are sure to leave a mark on imaginations of all ages for many moons to come.
A-WOL’s Art in the Dark annual performance is a fantastical, illuminated, full-length, evening production set in a unique and rare outdoor theater style setting. Transforming a dirt plot into a performance spot, each show is packed with the flavor of the Northwest and a wonderful taste of the talent this area has to offer!
Pre-purchase your tickets to save money. (Tickets at the door are $20, general admission only – if there are any left!)
Pre-show: Feel free to arrive early and purchase snacks and beverages from us or enjoy your own picnic. Doors open at 7:45.
Seating: This show takes place in a forested setting. There are three levels of seating offered, please read the descriptions carefully when purchasing tickets. If you purchase “bring your own seating” tickets, low-back chairs are “better” and will allow you a closer seat. Arrive early for best options. You can also bring a blanket or tarp if you prefer to sit on the ground.
Concessions: Snacks and beverages available for purchase. (family-friendly and adult options)
Weather: This show will happen unless it is absolutely pouring. It is fairly tree-covered. Do dress in layers as the evening can be chilly. Blankets are welcome as well.
Other notes: Smoking within 500 feet of the performance area is not allowed. Photography and/or video recording is prohibited without a press pass. Children of all ages are welcome, please monitor them closely as they MUST stay seated during the performance.

I want to see AWOL in the park Friday night please; have never seen them out-of doors. I want to see them because they are AWESOME, but unfortunately I’ve spent my entertainment funds for the month

I would absolutely LOVE to go to Friday night’s show. It seems like every year I am out of town for the amazing event and I miss it, and I am going out of town starting Saturday, so I actually have Friday evening open to see it!
