The Goodfoot All-Stars are a collective of The Goodfoot’s favorite PDX musicians doing what they do best — filling the room with serious groove and flooding the floor with ecstatic dancers. The GFAS closed out the night for a Thursday evening set at the Waterfront Blues Fest.
They unleashed their funky-as-hell James Brown tribute which introduced them to the wider world and converted 1,000′s of new fans to their mission of getting people to hang up their hang-ups and get down.

Sadly, can’t afford the MFNW ridiculously overpriced tickets (full of filler bands that the Goodfoot Allstars can play circles around), but am still definately looking for something to get down to this weekend. Every weekend. Funkin’ groovin.
I like to attend because I love the Goodfoot and they always choose a great cast!
I sure do love me some Goodfoot Allstars! Mind blowing group of super talented musicians located in one of the best music venues in Portland and surrounded by some of the funkiest people I know? I’m in!! Help a poor groovy soul out and get her into the show Saturday!!!!!!!!!
Perhaps you should choose me over Andrew because I can spell “definitely” correctly without spell checker (geez it’s tough though…) and I’m not hipster enough to WANT to pay for MFNW.

Sounds like fun! I love to get down and groove it to the music ;) I’d love to go, I’m in that “30-something” phase where I’m too old to go clubbing with the 21 yr olds, but too young to stay in with CNN and fuzzy slippers… This event sounds perfect!
The Goodfoot is awesome. So are the bartenders. Free admission would mean money in their pocket instead of the front door.

Husband is a musician and starved to hear some good music.
He has been working like a dog for the past 3 months and I think he really deserves to go out and enjoy himself.
